Clean, quiet and convenient hostel. Also there are supermakets nearby(10 min. by walk), so we could prepare our meals without spending much time and energy finding marts.

Our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, our room was clearly not ready. It looked as though the cleaning had been started but stopped partway through. The trash can was left in the hallway, the room key was still in the door lock instead of the designated key box, one bed looked like it had already been slept in, and the other didn't even have bed linen. The room was not properly cleaned. There were bread crumbs on the floor, a hairpin left behind, the room had not been vacuumed, and the sink was dirty. The men's bathroom was in such an unhygienic condition that it was impossible to use the shower. It was simply too dirty to be usable. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were unable to reach the staff at all. We tried contacting them via WhatsApp, phone calls, the Hotels.com messaging system, and even the guesthouse's landline, but received no response through any of these channels. As of today, my messages still have not been answered. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, the room not being prepared for our arrival, and the complete lack of communication made this a very poor experience. I cannot recommend staying here.

Terrible experience. You have to phone to get your room number and key code, but the phone number was wrong in the email 6 digits instead of seven). I found the right number in another email but I never got an answer. Not that it mattered. I want to the property - you can just walk in - and found that the key code entrance for my room had been ripped off and replaced with a key lock (fortunately not locked). The front door doesn't open fully and slammed shut with spring-loaded force, pushing me to the ground. The toilet paper dispensers were locked, making toilet paper inaccessible. The room smelled of disinfectant. Just a bad experience all around.

Endroit très propre et confortable. Par contre, ils mentionnent qu’il y a une piscine et il y en a pas. Nous avons essayé de communiquer avec eux et aucune réponses. Avoir su, nous n’aurions pas loué là. Dommage de n’avoir aucune réponse de leur part. Fausse publicité!

Water leak from the roof ceiling during the rainy night. After reporting the leak and bowed in ceiling, We did not get any replacement room and later back to hotel, found our room locked with no explanation. We ended up searching for another place to stay overnight. Our prepaid room was locked out, service staff on property were given no directions

Le logement offre une facilité de parking. Il est situé au bord de la rivière et propre d'un supermarché. L'espace cuisine est bien équipé et propre. La chambre était peut être un peu petite. Mais hormis ça, endroit très satisfaisant.

Guesthouse mal entretenue et mal équipée. Arrivée à 19h chambre non faite. Douche commune bouchée et aucun endroit pour poser ou suspendre ses vêtements. Dans la cuisine commune il y a 2 éviers mais une seule éponge etc etc

We are a family of 3 with a small child traveling. Finding the room upon arrival was difficult, our room was though the kitchen on the other side and there is no one there to help you. The room itself was clean. There is two numbers to be able to contact the staff, neither worked. Staff was unreachable during our 2 night stay. The toilet closest to us needed to be cleaned, the floor in the bathroom was dirty with used tp all over. There was no soap on the hand soap dispenser. The shower closest to us, the door was broke and you couldn't shut it, it also doesn't drain so the whole floor was flooded after one use. We messages management about this as well and got no response. Literally it was missing the bottom hinge. The other bathroom available had no soap or toilet paper available either day. The floor needed to be cleaned in the common kitchen area as well. Please do yourself a favor and sleep somewhere else.

DO NOT BOOK THIS GUESTHOUSE - YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! My room was dirty at check in (like previously lived in dirty) No staff found on property No response via telephone, text or email for over 21 days now. No accountability. When i finally found someone to clean it - it was STILL dirty afterwards and I could not longer find any staff members to finish the job. I have been waiting 21 days for them to respond to me. Hotels.com (who i booked through) has been waiting 12 days for them to respond to my refund requests.... and wont refund me until they reply..... And they just refuse to respond!! The one person I got ahold of by telephone said "she is reservations only" gave me an email address to complain to with my issues and then hung up on me when I begged for a phone number of a real person who could help me. Oh, and this place was grimy - stains and goop in the fridges, no power to the entire communal eating area on check in and grime in the corners of the bathroom.

Nous étions les seuls clients, à notre arrivée l'ensemble du logement était sale. Des cailloux un peu partout, un des WC était bouché et sentait très mauvais. Dans les autres WC il y avait du papier partout par terre... les ustensiles de cuisines étaient sales ainsi que toutes les tables à disposition... Il semblerait que personne ne soit passé récemment pour le ménage ! La salle de bain était également sale, avec par exemple des élastiques dentaires sur le lavabo ainsi que plein de cheveux. Il serait opportun de réaliser le ménage entre les clients ! C'est dommage car le logement est bien équipé...

We enjoyed our stay, but the men's shower in 34 would only produce extremely hot water. It felt dangerous. We loved Hella and would stay again.

We could not access one of the rooms we booked because the lock was spoilt. The staff were completely uncontactable. We had to book a new room elsewhere. We are still asking for a refund.

Adorei o local, pena que não tenha muitos atrativos próximos que motivassem ficar mais de uma noite.

The room was dirty when we arrived and looked like someone was actively staying in that room . We couldn’t get a hold of the property . We had no where to stay overnight and Expedia wasn’t helpful

The room was fairly clean, but the sink was a bit dirty in the room. But the washroom and kitchen were clean. As well, I was not sent the code for my room until I messaged the Hotel, so ensure you get the code beforehand. Otherwise, it was good for the cost, there is no staff at the hotel though.

Great stay would come back

Um ótimo lugar pra passar 1 a 3 dias… a cozinha tinha tudo que precisávamos para cozinhar, limpeza do local estava boa e banheiros limpos.
