Self check-in was really easy to use, room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is nice, with a coffee maker.

We were given our checkin information in advance, which was awesome, but it would have been helpful to indicate which building we were in, so we didnt bother a tenant. Kitchen was well equipped.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place I stayed from September 6th to 8th, and it was awful. The check-in process was chaotic, with poor communication and long delays. On the second night, I was locked out of my room for over an hour, and the emergency contact was unresponsive. The property itself was also disappointing—broken doors, bathrooms without working locks, poorly equipped kitchens, and rooms with a bad smell. Many services were either absent or non-functional. Despite my complaints, I haven’t received any response from management. Definitely not recommended.

Très propre et chaleureux. Le Check-in était facile, les espaces communs et les chambres étaient très propres. Les stationnements étaient directement devant les chambres et l'entrée principale de l'hébergement. Seulement beaucoup d'action dans les salles communes, quasiment jusqu'à 23:30/minuit.

We had the same issues like the other guests reviews and more. We didn’t receive the check-in code for the room and I had to call to get it. The lady was really rude, hang up the phone without a “bye”. HUGE SECURITY issue: in the early morning, someone used the room code and opened our room door. Luckily left without anything happening, but this is not acceptable!!! Another problem: washers were not working (not even connected to the water!) and no coffee in the coffee machine. When I asked the cleaning lady for more coffee, she just said “run out”. Wifi didn’t work in our room at all. We were the only room behind the kitchen with really loud banging doors waking us up when people went into the kitchen or the shared bathroom.

Tarif de la chambre exorbitant (191,60€ !) pour un confort tout relatif puisqu'il n'y a pas de salle de bain attenante, pas de TV, pas de draps, ni absolument personne pour vous accueillir. J'ai reçu les indications par mail 24h00 avant mon arrivée. Hébergement pourtant réservé des semaines à l'avance sur Hôtels.com. Une une première pour moi mais évidement la dernière. Une véritable escroquerie à mes yeux.

Self-Check-in, hat Telefon mit Nummer falls es nicht funktioniert. War sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben 2mal an verschiedenen Tagen übernachtet.

They charged for room but nobody was there and we called them no answer.Although we have not stayed they charged us and not refund back us. Not recommend.

Schönes und sauberes Guesthouse. Waren 2mal dort weil die Ausgangslage gut war.

It was convenient for us. There is no parking but we easily found a spot on the street in front.

Internal is neat and moden. Alternative phone number and emails are posted and there is a working landlines phone in the entrance area, no need to worry not getting the room code . But it would be nice to get the room access code one day in advance. I got mt room code emails around 12pm of arrival day.

We enjoyed our stay. The facilities are clean and the kitchen area with the coffee machine was excellent. The self check in was easy an convenient.

Aucun code reçu pour rentrer dans la chambre. Heureusement « l’homme de ménage « qui vivait curieusement dans l’établissement avec sa famille nous a donné le code ( a priori c’était lui le manager et a dû semble-t-il oublier quelque chose dans la gestion du code avec la central de réservation) enfin bref tout est bien qui fini bien! Mais quand même une grosse frayeur en arrivant porte close dans une rue pas fréquenté.

I had a horrible experience with this place. We arrived late to the guesthouse due to some trouble on our way and couldn’t get in as there was no key left. There was no pin left to get the key. When we tried to contact on the given phone number, there was no response. We were left outside on the street in the extreme cold weather with nowhere to go. With great difficulty got another hotel for the overnight stay. We contacted the reception of the guesthouse the next day and she was very rude and blunt with no consideration to our ordeal.
