Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch.

Find a better place!

We like the service of the staffs but rooms were extremely dirty. Blood stains on the cushions, carpets were sticky with stains, couch was dirty. Overall this property needs good hygiene standard. We stayed in room no 116. Also noticed there is no proper ventilation in the room.

The place is a bit inside, not on the main Gurgaon road, but the property is good.

I spent five hours at the hotel with my kids after arriving from a late flight, feeling completely exhausted. We decided to go to the restaurant where some cakes were displayed in the fridge. My son saw one and was very eager to have a slice. When I asked the server for just a slice, he checked with another staff member, and I was told they don’t serve slices — only full cakes. What was even more disappointing was that they seemed to be discussing the price among themselves in their own language, seemingly deciding on a quote arbitrarily. All the while, my son was crying and struggling, and despite seeing this, the staff showed no concern or effort to assist. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. This experience was far from family-friendly, and I would not recommend this hotel to families with kids. The lack of empathy and poor service was unacceptable.

Hotel was good! Beds were confy and hotel staff was great! Just the surroundings looked a bit sketchy but it was safe once we walked around

As they had pictures of swimming pool in their gallery at online platforms, they didn't have it actually at the property itself. They said it has been converted into a lawn a few months ago..So that was kinda misleading..otherwise everything was perfectly fine.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quite large. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed. They also offered a really wonderful dinner. I was a little nervous arriving late at night, but they have great security and I felt quite safe.

This hotel was great, service good food OK .It was as presented on the website a 4-5 star hotel not something I can say about all hotels in India.It was an excellent stay wish I had booked for longer

Close to the airport

Stayed for long stop over in Delhi. Good enough. No red flags.

The beds were not clean. Bed covers looked dirty. The mangament did change the bed sheets. The carpet between the beds were not clean. Looked like has not been cleaned for days.

Easy checkin and they were so helpful bringing up our bags and setting up an extra bed for our daughter on short notice.

pro: clean,gated, desk staff very amicable a especially considering a 1am check in con : not nearby IGA aeroport as advertised. 30 min taxi cost around 25$

Good service but ok hotel.

This was the first time, I stayed at this hotel and I must say, overall a good and clean property with the right staff, eager to take the hospitality to its next level. The hotel’s support staff and the Dining staff were equally courteous. This Hotel is no where near Aerocity. Due to Traffic You must leave one hour early to get to Airport on time.

I left my gold chain at their hotel. The housekeeping staff returned it to the front desk and they kept it safely. When I called them, they confirmed that it had been found. The honesty is much appreciated! I will always b grateful for it!

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at the Debenture. The food was sumptuous and freshly prepared. The staff was quick, responsive and efficient. Overall, an excellent hotel with excellent services.
