The room was clean, comfortable, and quite large. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed. They also offered a really wonderful dinner. I was a little nervous arriving late at night, but they have great security and I felt quite safe.

We like the service of the staffs but rooms were extremely dirty. Blood stains on the cushions, carpets were sticky with stains, couch was dirty. Overall this property needs good hygiene standard. We stayed in room no 116. Also noticed there is no proper ventilation in the room.

I spent five hours at the hotel with my kids after arriving from a late flight, feeling completely exhausted. We decided to go to the restaurant where some cakes were displayed in the fridge. My son saw one and was very eager to have a slice. When I asked the server for just a slice, he checked with another staff member, and I was told they don’t serve slices — only full cakes. What was even more disappointing was that they seemed to be discussing the price among themselves in their own language, seemingly deciding on a quote arbitrarily. All the while, my son was crying and struggling, and despite seeing this, the staff showed no concern or effort to assist. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. This experience was far from family-friendly, and I would not recommend this hotel to families with kids. The lack of empathy and poor service was unacceptable.

As they had pictures of swimming pool in their gallery at online platforms, they didn't have it actually at the property itself. They said it has been converted into a lawn a few months ago..So that was kinda misleading..otherwise everything was perfectly fine.

This was the first time, I stayed at this hotel and I must say, overall a good and clean property with the right staff, eager to take the hospitality to its next level. The hotel’s support staff and the Dining staff were equally courteous. This Hotel is no where near Aerocity. Due to Traffic You must leave one hour early to get to Airport on time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at the Debenture. The food was sumptuous and freshly prepared. The staff was quick, responsive and efficient. Overall, an excellent hotel with excellent services.
