Small dirty room. No bathroom, shared down the corridor.

j ai réservé cet hotel a mon arrivee a Bombay a 01h00 du matin. Le réceptionniste a voulu nous donner une chambre qui au dernier étage avec un plafond de 1.80 metre sale et qui sentait le moisi et sans salle de bain privée. Il voulait nous louer une chambre plus chere alors que sur votre site il etait convenu d avoir une chambre avec salle de bain privée. Après discussion et ennervement nous avons eu une chambre au 4 eme étage pas grande et sale ou nous avons passé une nuit très mauvaise. Au retour de notre itineraire sur l inde nous avions reservé le même hotel, cette fois le réceptionniste très désagréable n a rien voulu savoir et voulait nous donner la chambre du 6eme et a refusé de nous donner celle du 4 eme. Il nous a mis hors de l hotel à 21h00. Nous avons était obligé de trouver un autre hotel. Cet hotel est une insulte à la gentillesse des indiens et de ce pays il doit être retiré de votre site. Je voyage souvent en Asie et beaucoup en Inde et je n ai jamais vécu cette expérience avant .

The worst hotel in my life i have seen...Very small room. After payment also they charged extra 1500/- per day. They did not provide free breakfast as listed in the website. I don't know why Hotels.com will allow these guys.

Not satisfied with your sevice. I have booked a room in hotel city palace Mumbai. Booking id is 8150525419375. I have booked economy single room. However at the time of check-in they said it's basic room with single bed and small place to stand and shared bathroom, small TV and no fridge. It's not at all convenient to stay. When I asked them by showing the booking details made at your website they said hotels.com people might have written wrongly about the facilities. Later I have paid 1000 INR extra to get the decent room where the facilities are more are less what mentioned in the booking. Pls clarify this issue by analysing your booking display details and check with the hotel management

Nice location​. Near to CST. Very close to market. Cleanliness is good. Staff is very co-operative.

Worst Hotel. Not recommended for ladies and families. Peeping Tom, trying to take video from Bathroom window. While was accessible from Terrace.

A/c stopped working. Had to spend night with Fan. Peeping toms, trying to take video from Bathroom window, which is accessible from Terrace. Strictly NO No for families and Ladies.

Great Budget Hotel at Mumbai CST

My experience with this hotel is very good and excellent. I have never such a hospitality and good behavior of staff and Reception manager is very kind humble and gentle person. I was sitting in reception for some time after checking out. The staffer were very humble they kept our luggage and they allowed us to refresh etc....very hare hospitality in mumbai.....I sincerely recommend to guests to visit this hotel and very conveniently located VT station is nearby very very convenient.

I stayed in this budget hotel twice this month. I think it is really worthwhile. It's location is good, in front of Chatrapatti Shiivagi Terminus, in Fort District. Besides that, there is a wonderful veg restaurant almost connected to the hotel. The room is clean and the shower is perfect. The Manager, Mr. Taj, is very friendly and helpful, as his staff. I recommend it.

ホテルのスタッフは親切でした。また24時間入り口にスタッフがいますのでセキュリティはしっかりしてます。 部屋はエアコンが止められず、消すには主電源を落とすしかなく真っ暗になります。お湯は昼間しか出ません。窓がない部屋でしたがその分静かではありましたが、暗すぎます。 場所のせいか、値段がもう少し安ければ良いと思います。ムンバイでは仕方ないのかもしれませんが...

A nice hotel to stay in.It is very close to CST,about a minute or 2 walk from the station. Hotel staff behavior was good.rooms were clean & well maintained.

I was not allowed to check in despite providing 2 types of government issued ID including one issued by the Indian government

Perfekt om man som vi bara ska sova ett par timmar och ta en dusch innan man tar ett tidigt morgontåg. Mkt små rum, men det funkar... Dock inget ställe att bo på flera dagar;)

立地は最高でした。CST駅向かいなので、コラバ地区まで散歩がてら歩いても20分です。 デラックスバスで早朝ムンバイ着だったので、7時前に荷物だけでも置かせてもらおうと思ったら、空いている狭い部屋を使わせてくれ、身じたく等に助かりました。 部屋は窓もなく、天井のファンが寒く、快適というわけではありませんでしたが、シャワーはストレスなく使えました。 ムンバイは全般的にホテルが高いので、仕方ないのかな、と思わせられるお部屋でした。

Hotel stay was ok but booking with Expedia in advance costs more than the actual tarrif of hotel.
