Sehr schlecht, wir hatten für 3 Tage gebucht gehabt, sind nach 6 Stunden weil wir müde waren kurz geschlafen und schnell ausgechekt.

Excellent location close to the metro and shops and at the same time protected from noise. Beautiful roof top. Good and clean room. Helpful staff.

Personale molto disponibile e cortese, sempre a disposizione 24/24 per qualsiasi informazione e necessità. Stanze antiquate, alcune non sono vivibili, con acqua calda disponibile solo in certi orari la mattina. Inizialmente ci era stata assegnata una camera doppia molto piccola (aprendo le valigie si faceva fatica a spostarsi per la stanza) con letto matrimoniale, ventilatore a soffitto che andava a tutta velocità (non regolabile) e faceva un rumore infernale. In più era presente un vecchio condizionatore a muro che però faceva ancora più rumore all'interno della stanza. Tasso di umidità altissimo e di notte era obbligatorio tenere acceso il condizionatore oppure il ventilatore ma senza poter dormire per il rumore. Dopo la prima notte insonne abbiamo chiesto allora la possibilità di cambiare stanza perchè non era proprio fattibile rimanere in quella assegnata. Il proprietario con la massima disponibilità ci ha assegnato un'altra camera doppia, ma molto più grande, con due letti singoli (come per altro avevamo chiesto in fase di prenotazione), bagno più moderno e spazioso, ventilatore a soffitto con velocità regolabile e meno rumoroso e condizionatore sempre antiquato a muro ma molto meno rumoroso del precedente. Quindi sempre stanza doppia ma molto migliore della precedente e questa volta quanto meno vivibile. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 giorni la pulizia della stanza non è mai stata fatta, forse bisognava chiederlo.

Good place to stay as a hub in Dehli. Liked the terrace on the rooftop for dinning and relax! Felt pretty safe and the staff suggested nice tips to get everything I needed during my stay

The room was nice and the area decent, as well as close to the Karol Bagh station. It was the service of the staff that set Pooja Palace apart. I had a couple of mishaps (one where i lost my room key, another where I contacted Delhi belly) and the staff were helpful and supportive at entry turn. They even came into my room to check that I was okay. I appreciated the staff and enjoyed my stay.

Conveniently located for shopping and well connected to Delhi Metro. Property is in a reasonable condition but would benefit from better training of management and staff. Breakfast options are minimal. There was lack of effort to better connect and serve the guest.

De meeste staff is perfect, maar ééntje die meestal aan de frontdesk s'avonds verblijf mag wat vriendelijker zijn. Let op: De 3 persoons kamer is de 3de bed een matras op de grond. De 3 persoons excecutive kamer op de begane grond in de lobby is rumoerig en helaas door het hotel personeel zelf.

Enjoyed my stay. The front desk was very helpful in helping me organize sightseeing and the room was modern and clean. All the staff were very attentive and helpful too. There was an issue with the WiFi when I was there, but it was fixed late at night.

Excellent. Really helped me out at short notice after some plane and train drama. Friendly. Service great. Rooms clean. Excellent location.

Basic but comfortable hotel within 3 minutes walk of Karol Bagh metro station, good link to rest of Delhi.

Some hotel rooms upgraded and have good bathroom facilities others old and not working very well. Hot water availability variable. Poor WiFi signal and reception staff very poor. Ordered breakfast box to take for early start, finally after repeated requests results in 2 dry slices of toast alone. Restaurant/coffee shop poor.
