Kind staff, nice food and very comfortable - my best stay in Delhi from the perspective of a hotel!

Good place to stay as a hub in Dehli. Liked the terrace on the rooftop for dinning and relax! Felt pretty safe and the staff suggested nice tips to get everything I needed during my stay

The room was nice and the area decent, as well as close to the Karol Bagh station. It was the service of the staff that set Pooja Palace apart. I had a couple of mishaps (one where i lost my room key, another where I contacted Delhi belly) and the staff were helpful and supportive at entry turn. They even came into my room to check that I was okay. I appreciated the staff and enjoyed my stay.

Conveniently located for shopping and well connected to Delhi Metro. Property is in a reasonable condition but would benefit from better training of management and staff. Breakfast options are minimal. There was lack of effort to better connect and serve the guest.

Enjoyed my stay. The front desk was very helpful in helping me organize sightseeing and the room was modern and clean. All the staff were very attentive and helpful too. There was an issue with the WiFi when I was there, but it was fixed late at night.

Basic but comfortable hotel within 3 minutes walk of Karol Bagh metro station, good link to rest of Delhi.

Some hotel rooms upgraded and have good bathroom facilities others old and not working very well. Hot water availability variable. Poor WiFi signal and reception staff very poor. Ordered breakfast box to take for early start, finally after repeated requests results in 2 dry slices of toast alone. Restaurant/coffee shop poor.

Traveled as a solo young woman, felt safe in the neighborhood. Hotel has wifi in the lobby. Staff is very friendly. Had no trouble here!

Stayed here with Intrepid and then returned later for two more nights on our return to Delhi. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the facilities are pretty good. The hotel is located in a quiet cul de sac but near to a bustling market, bars and restaurants and Karol Bagh metro station - only a few stops to Connaught Place. We returned to the hotel late on the night of the main Diwali day where Delhi was awash with fireworks and I mean awash - it was lovely coming in after a long train journey, a stressful auto-rickshaw drive from the train station (because of said fireworks) to the calm, peace and safety of Hotel Pooja Palace and to be offered a nice cup of chai.
