아침식사는 부페지만 상당히 빈약했고 위치가 택시기사들이 잘 찾지못하는 위치에 있슴.

Room Floor needs to be sweep. Stains are sticking to barefoot. Food delivery to room service is very late. It took almost one hour to deliver the lunch. after getting food one hour late, I requested room service boy for tomato sauce, I didn't came even I waited for half hour. Then I called receptions to delivery tomato sauce, he said it will delivered by 5 minutes. however it is not delivered. I checked out the room.

Decent hotel, and the staff was nice when we were there. Good location. One of our rooms were quiet, mostly because it don’t have any windows.. Be aware! I was contacted at WhatsApp a few days ahead, and was told that they had to cancel us due to a problem at the hotel. Instead, they had booked us at another hotel. We would get the same price. That other hotel was directly by the train station, and costed the half at hotels.com. As soon as I said I would discuss with hotels.com about the reservation (they have earlier been helpful when a hotel cancelled last minute), the one I wrote with got confirmed that the «technical problem» was solved and our booking could stay…

基本部屋は清潔でしたがシーツがところどころ汚れていたり、小さな虫がいることもありました(少しですが)。周りにはメトロの駅も大きなモールもあるのでとても便利です。

Very nice stay here the rooms are excellent very clean well maintained the staff was friendly and helpful with all my needs are is close to many sites. I would stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for us - we spent a week exploring Chennai, and found the location worked very well; there is easy access to the (easy to use) metro, a large mall is nearby, as well as coffee shops and inexpensive restaurants aplenty. The hotel itself is spotless, the staff very friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was excellent. There's nothing FANCY here, but a clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and linen, and pleasant people to interact with. Perfect for our needs.

Metro駅から近く、場所も分かりやすので、ロケーションは良かったです。 チェックインではどこのサイトで予約したかの確認に時間がかかりました。受付では、朝食の場所や時間、Wifiについて、教えてくれませんでした。 部屋はゴツゴツと騒音が響いているので、別の部屋に換えてもらうと、エアコンの異臭があり、更に部屋を換えてもらうことになりました。30分以上待った後、案内されたのは広い部屋でした。清潔感もあり、シャワーヘッドも使え、アメニティも十分揃っていて、快適でした。 廊下に出ると、空調の制御装置のジェットエンジンのような騒音が気になりました。 朝食は美味しかったです。

Very helpful staff

Stayed in May 2025. The hotel is very pricey. Not at all worth for ~INR4700/night for one king bedroom. Ambiance is not good, when we entered it was smelling bad. Cleanliness was good not great. Not maintained well. Dust from AC vent (not cleaned for years looks like). You will not feel to use water kettle or small refrigerator. Checkin was fast but not satisfactory e.g., they gave me room key and have to ask everything WiFi, password, breakfast details etc. They have good buffet breakfast. Service was good.

Requested quiet room and got one. Clean room, very comfortable bed, good house-keeping and good breakfast included. Recommend.

It was an excellent location!

The property was central to a lot of things. There are two malls, two metro stations, plenty of restaurants around. Getting around the city was quite convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained.

I stayed with my family and also booked for my parents. Stay was very comfortable. Management is great. Had some confusion initially with booking as I used some third party website to book but after all this solution was provided instantly. Rooms were made ready and complimentary dinner was hosted by Hotel. This hotel really cares about customer and customer experience. I would be delighted to come again and stay at La Woods. Breakfast is super delicious. I recommend this place as it will make your vacation a memorable one.
