everything was good. the only thing was fitable during stay was the swimming pool under remodeling.

Everything about this hotel was great: room, comfort, staff, food. We stayed for 4 days. Will certainly come back and stay anytime, best hotel in T Nagar

I booked this hotel for its convenient location and modern amenities. The hotel is technology-driven, with an in-room iPad that controls everything from the TV and air conditioning to window shades. A nice touch for those who appreciate smart features. I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight, but the check-in was smooth, and my room was ready shortly after arrival. Luggage was delivered promptly, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a decent-sized bathroom. Dining Experience I had dinner at the hotel restaurant the night I arrived. I ordered a chicken dish, which was average—not bad, but could definitely have been better in terms of flavor. Breakfast the next morning started off a bit underwhelming. I arrived at 7:00 AM sharp, just as the restaurant opened, and ordered a cappuccino, which was forgotten. I had to ask again before it was finally served. While the food was fine, the service was noticeably slow, and several breakfast items weren’t ready right at opening. For future guests, it’s probably best to go for breakfast around 7:30 AM or later.

Friendly staff , excellent and customer service oriented . Food options were good . Excellent filter coffee . One of the best we have had . the dosa and appam not up to the mark for a Chennai hotel. The front desk is quite helpful , staff all around very help throughout our stay

Great hotel and fantastic staff. The breakfast was exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend.

Everything was excellent except one night when we returned we experienced an unbearable smell of some mosquito spray in the lobby. We had an asthma patient who almost stopped breathing until we rushed her inside the room.

Breakfast was excellent - a good spread. Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel managers provided excellent service.

Went on work. Used the hotel to sleep and have a quick breakfast before leaving for work. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Overall it was a good experience. One downside was the mosquitoes—quite a few in the lobby and a few in the room.

View from Restaurant on the top of floor is great.

To do shopping in T-Nager this is the ideal. Hotel

Hotel amenities indicate pool is available. Once booked, received a message pool was closed since 2023 and it was too late to cancel. It’s 2025! Why does booking indicate pool is available when it isn’t? False advertisement!!’
