우붓시내랑 거리가 좀 있는데 그래서 더 좋았어요 ! 룸이랑 호텔도 다 넓고 수영장도 사람도 별로 없는데 넓고 정글뷰가 좋았어요 직원분들도 친절합니다

직원분들 모두 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 수영장과 룸이 연결되어 있어 편했습니다.

계단식 논을 바로볼수 있는 아름다운 곳이며 서비스와 룸 컨디션이 매우 뛰어납니다

숙소는 우붓 시내에서 차로 20분 정도 떨어진곳 입니다. 그래서 시내쪽 나갈때 항시 택시 불러야 합니다 조용하고 라이스 필드를 조망하는 전망 좋운 곳에 있습니다 단 호텔 수준이 3성급 정도 이고,, 너무 친환경적이라 발에도 개미가 줄지어 다니고 있네요.

새건물인것처럼 모든시설이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다~ 직원들도 친절하고 뷰도 좋았습니다^^ 추천드려요~

It was a terrible experience. The housekeeping is a mess. Many stains were on a bed cover. The staffs treated us as "hanger" thieves, wasting 1 hour of our last day in Bali for nothing. Even we missed prepaid guided tour. 절대 가지 마세요. 청소 제대로 안해서 누런 얼룩있는 이불 주고 옷걸이 원래 적었는데 훔쳐갔다고 1시간 붙잡다 짐 다 풀어보고 나서야 보내주고는 사과 한 마디 없음. At the 1st night, we found countless stains on the bed cover. Most are purple and some are large yellow circles, really disgusting. We called a staff to check and it was changed. BTW it was weird that only 2 bathrobe hangers were in the bathroom, nothing in a closet. We just ignored it since we thought it's not a big deal. But when checking out, the staffs insisted we're thieves for hangers! What really upset me was their attitude. For the first 20 minutes, they just hold us without any notice. They kept us waiting for another 40 min ignoring us, although we explained there were originally two and allowed them to check our luggage if they wanted. They didn't take actions until we strongly complained and requested how to compensate our time if it turned out we're not thieves. The only action they've taken is to call a restaurant chef who is not in charge of housekeeping. The chef let us open our luggage and go. In all this and until now(it happened a week ago), they did not apologize at all. FYI, We have lots of hangers at home and I don't even remember how their hangers look like! We spent not a little money on this hotel having two dinners at hotel's restaurant.

우붓의 전경이 아름다운곳 다만 시내와 떨어져서 교통편이 아쉽다 걸어갈수 없는 외진곳이며 셔틀버스를 운행중이지만 버스가 아니라 7인승정도의 자동차 시간대를 맞추기 어려웠다 풀억세스룸 바로 수영장 있어서 좋았습니다

Lovely place to stay and relax. A little on the pricey side for meals but there are plenty of amazing options within walking distance or a short cab ride.

Great breakfast with excellent staff

Absolutely loved our stay at SereS Springs Resort! From start to finish, everything was amazing — the staff were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. Our room was spotless, with lovely ambient lighting, daily fresh water bottles, complete toiletries, and the most gorgeous view of rice terraces in the background. It felt relaxing and happy the entire time. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal — tons of options, fresh fruits, juices, hot dishes, and attentive service. We looked forward to it every morning! The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and were super helpful in arranging taxis and anything else we asked. Next time we’re in Ubud, we’ll definitely stay here again — no question. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. Very polite and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clea. The food options were excellent - many cuisines to choose from. I’d definitely stay again.

Breakfast was other worldly! Terrace views were great, and the staff even upgraded our room while checking in. Quiet resort with terrific amenities and nice pools!

Lo que mas me gusto fue la atencion de todo el personal del hotel!!, de despedida nos prepararon la cama deseandonos buen viaje, precioso! El desayuno muy variado, el cafe exquisito! Tambien tuvieron la gentileza de guardar mi maleta para poder viejar a las islas ligera de equipaje; lo cual les agradezco mucho 😃😃 El hotel esta muy bonito, la habitación amplia e bien iluminada. It’s very private & peaceful, our room was overlooking the rice field.Team very helpful with a smile always.

We weren’t very happy here, I’ll start with the bad. The staff seemed a little unfriendly at times especially considering how amazing most Balinese staff are. We would ask for a pretty simple request and it would often be met with a ‘no’, for example to borrow a towel from the spa, to have a spare sarong delivered to the room… etc… The food was an absolutely diabolically priced!!! $38 AUD pre tax for a burger is absolutely insane. $34 for their signature Indonesian dish, which was nice but that’s more than I’d pay at home. The quality was okay, but not even very good. Massage was I think $120 an hour? I’m sorry but no… that’s crazy. Cocktails $18 but just not up to the standard you need to be at for $18 bucks. We got food delivered because the food was way too expensive and just not that nice away and the reception would kind of awkwardly laugh as if we were doing something wrong…? Just not a nice vibe. $8 for a cab into town, again that’s actually really expensive! I got a bluebird for $2? Just felt like they’re trying to rip you off. Weird with their taxi rules, but whatever. The interior furniture is over the top and quite tacky in my opinion but we all have different taste. The room was nice, and we got a free upgrade which was very lovely! But again the bath was weird you couldn’t lie down and had to sit in the middle or everyone would see you half naked. My

very comfortable place. Nice food and a lot of smiles by hotel staff. Facilities are new and well maintained. Swimming pool is fantastic but a bit too small to swim a distance.

La vue est merveilleuses c’est un havre de paix . La piscine est froide dommage sinon tout est parfait

Absolutely lovely and highly recommended hotel if you're staying in Ubud! The staff are amazing and do everything they can to make sure you're well taken care of. The food at the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. The surrounding nature is beautiful and offers the perfect view if you're looking to relax and truly find peace during your vacation. I also had several treatments at the spa, which I can definitely recommend while staying at the hotel. The rooms are nice and have everything you need — a large, comfortable bed and a view of rice fields, the pool, and the jungle. I used the hotel’s airport pick-up service, which worked perfectly. I arrived in the evening and it was easy to spot my driver in the arrivals hall. He also brought cold water and some snacks, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The hotel lived up to — and beyond — my expectations. I traveled alone and felt completely safe the whole time. I was very comfortable and got exactly what I wanted out of my stay. I stayed for 4 nights, which was the perfect length before continuing on to other destinations on the island.

I loved my stay at SereS! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located (although location was less relevant for me because the tours I booked had direct hotel pickup and drop off). I had a five night stay here, which is quite a while, and I felt at home at SereS - the staff truly make the place and I didn't want to leave. My room was large and gorgeous and clean and the massage therapists are really great - I had several services at the spa over the course of my time at SereS. I want to specially shout out Sari, Mundari, and Trisna at the spa as well as Sunjayar, my room attendant, the staff who always dropped off my dinner when I ordered in-room dining (which was almost daily) and the staff at the restaurant, who knew me by name at some point because I would go for breakfast every morning. Hospitality in Bali is exceptional pretty much everywhere and SereS is no exception - five stars for this resort and its staff, I would totally recommend! Thank you to everyone!

Een heel fijn hotel op prachtige locatie: Restaursnt en drankjes wel een beetje prijzig, maar van prima kwaliteit. Kamers zijn heel schoon, netjes en goed. De kids club kan wel een upgrade gebruiken met wat leuk en nieuw speelgoed. Maar voldeed overigens redelijk. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.
