직원들은 모두 친절합니다. 매우 친절하고 따뜻합니다. 단지 수영장 접근 객실의 테라스 공간이 약간 먼지가 많고 조금 더러울 뿐입니다.

The hotel itself is good. The room is clean and fancy with a view of ricefield and sunrise. It has a lot of ants but they don't disturb us by ruining our stuff or food. The amenities is complete. The food is good. The staffs are friendly. In general, it is a great place. However, if you don't have car or driver, leaving this hotel is pain in a butt because the hotel work together with taxi mafia (they called themselves local driver community) and they don't let anyone else like Grab or Gojek to pick up the guests. And the worst part is the price they offered is heinously expensive. It is ridiculous because it is 3-4 times more expensive than the fare you get by using online transportation. We will never stay in this place again in the future because of this horrible experience.

Well, 2x nya datang Seres, everything is good, harum & bersih. Breakfast & room service, rasa & variasi biasa saja (agak downgrade kah?) ps: flower mission nya gagal, saya sedih. 💔😮‍💨.

Hotel dan villa nya oke, bersih dan terawat, sangat menyenangkan menginap di sana. Rencana awal menginap semalam di hotelnya lalu pindah ke villa tapi kamar saya langsung di upgrade ke villa dari hari pertama. Terima kasih Seres Springs Resort & Spa. Walaupun pilihan makanan tidak banyak seperti hotel sekelasnya tapi sudah cukup baik dan rasanya enak, apalagi pemandangannya juga bagus dari resto. Untuk villanya ada kolam renang pribadi, kamar tidur dan kamar mandinya luas.

Best hotel if you want to enjoy the ambience of calmness of ubud. The room was great. The food was complete. The view was remarkable.

This resort is one of the best, the real five star services. Simple touch but very sharp in detail, almost nothing missed. Very worth it, +/- 1.5mil/night, its great deals for long stay here. Well. Rating 9.5/10, will back here, amazing!

Hotel yang bagus secara managemen dan tata interior nya bikin betah. Fasilitasnya Ok. Apalagi kl bisa nginep di villa private pool nya. Ada mini cinema. Pula. Wow. Buat yang demen foto. Seru nya seru-seru juga. Konsep entry dan pohon bambu nya super keren buat di foto. Pengen nginep lagi. Moga-moga harga gak melambung ya. 😇.

Sangat sangat menyenangkan menginap disini, staffnya ramah, kamar bersih, makanannya juga lumayan enak. Dan mereka memberikan saya surprise birthday. Tidak bakalan rugi pokoknya menginap disini. Pemandangannya bagus, cocok buat liburan keluarga dan mencari ketenangan 😍

Room and food was good. I booked 2 rooms and I requested to the front staff welcome note in my friend’s room use his name on his TV screen , but the staff typed wrong name. Staff typed my other friend’s name. I informed the staff to retype the name, but still, nothing change. And few minutes later no name show on the screen. Not a big deal btw, but I thought that's was a simple request and should be something that they can handle easily

the room is really spacious, with private pool facing the river and forest. the service is good, breakfast can be improved.

Pros: + seriously beautiful resort! One of the best for its value! Location is secluded, far from city, perfect place to relax & rejuvenate your mind, body & soul. + staffs are really kind, warm-hearted and so helpful! + views from 5th floor is just breathtaking. Amazing view of mountain, forest, and ricefield altogether. Also you can enjoy sunrise right from your bed! + new hotel. Luxury room. The outdoor bathtub is really something. A nice touch you should try it yourself! - hotel facilities & amenities are complete & great! You just gotta love the gym and the kids corner. Lots of toys for your kids to play with, very spacious area and even they provide playstation consoles! Cons: - breakfast foods are disappointing! Had similar menus for all 3 mornings during my stay. Taste was average. Choices were very limited. Very little variations. I've stayed at so many 3 or 4 star hotel that offer way way better breakfast! Seriouly need to improve. And I mean a lot! - spa is not the best. I had 60mins couple massage and I could barely enjoy it let alone get a relaxation feel. Please do enhance skills of the therapist or at least use professionals, especially at the rate you charge us. - rooms are really luxury and are extraordinarily clean but it is just literally way too small. Could be due to too much furnitures tucked inside hence feels very densed or cramped inside. - shuttle services between seres to Ubud market and vice versa are good that its free but could use some improvements! I waited at 1.30pm at ubud palace (as stated on the timetable) for more than 30mins but there was no shuttle to pick me up back to seres. Scheduled pickup & dropoff times should really be more precise, since no online transportations are allowed in ubud area. Little tip: get the 5th floor room to enjoy the privilege of having the best view of the amazing surroundings! Overall, I really love the kindness of the staffs, the great ambience, the luxury details of every corner and facilities of the hotel. It was a pleasant stay and on a scale of 1 to 10 I can safely give a solid 8. Could really be 9 or 10 if the breakfast was better. Will be back to try out the villas! Thank you! Cheers, martinus.
