우붓시내랑 거리가 좀 있는데 그래서 더 좋았어요 ! 룸이랑 호텔도 다 넓고 수영장도 사람도 별로 없는데 넓고 정글뷰가 좋았어요 직원분들도 친절합니다

직원분들 모두 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 수영장과 룸이 연결되어 있어 편했습니다.

계단식 논을 바로볼수 있는 아름다운 곳이며 서비스와 룸 컨디션이 매우 뛰어납니다

숙소는 우붓 시내에서 차로 20분 정도 떨어진곳 입니다. 그래서 시내쪽 나갈때 항시 택시 불러야 합니다 조용하고 라이스 필드를 조망하는 전망 좋운 곳에 있습니다 단 호텔 수준이 3성급 정도 이고,, 너무 친환경적이라 발에도 개미가 줄지어 다니고 있네요.

새건물인것처럼 모든시설이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다~ 직원들도 친절하고 뷰도 좋았습니다^^ 추천드려요~

It was a terrible experience. The housekeeping is a mess. Many stains were on a bed cover. The staffs treated us as "hanger" thieves, wasting 1 hour of our last day in Bali for nothing. Even we missed prepaid guided tour. 절대 가지 마세요. 청소 제대로 안해서 누런 얼룩있는 이불 주고 옷걸이 원래 적었는데 훔쳐갔다고 1시간 붙잡다 짐 다 풀어보고 나서야 보내주고는 사과 한 마디 없음. At the 1st night, we found countless stains on the bed cover. Most are purple and some are large yellow circles, really disgusting. We called a staff to check and it was changed. BTW it was weird that only 2 bathrobe hangers were in the bathroom, nothing in a closet. We just ignored it since we thought it's not a big deal. But when checking out, the staffs insisted we're thieves for hangers! What really upset me was their attitude. For the first 20 minutes, they just hold us without any notice. They kept us waiting for another 40 min ignoring us, although we explained there were originally two and allowed them to check our luggage if they wanted. They didn't take actions until we strongly complained and requested how to compensate our time if it turned out we're not thieves. The only action they've taken is to call a restaurant chef who is not in charge of housekeeping. The chef let us open our luggage and go. In all this and until now(it happened a week ago), they did not apologize at all. FYI, We have lots of hangers at home and I don't even remember how their hangers look like! We spent not a little money on this hotel having two dinners at hotel's restaurant.

우붓의 전경이 아름다운곳 다만 시내와 떨어져서 교통편이 아쉽다 걸어갈수 없는 외진곳이며 셔틀버스를 운행중이지만 버스가 아니라 7인승정도의 자동차 시간대를 맞추기 어려웠다 풀억세스룸 바로 수영장 있어서 좋았습니다

The atmosphere, amenities and staff were all great. I will definitely recommend the Resort.

We cannot recommend SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta highly enough. The combination of the beautiful property and the truly excellent staff makes it the perfect choice for a special Bali getaway. We are already planning our return!

Their Service is Top Notch

The staff was so nice and accommodating Ria was amazing and always remembered to say hi and welcomed us in! The whole staff made us feel like family which made our stay and first experience in Bali a memorable one! The resort itself was clean and so was the room! The star was the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay it was probably one of the best breakfast buffets my husband and I have tried so far. I would 100% recommend staying here & we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sutera Villa. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was great. The only small downside was that the food at the hotel restaurant was alright, but overall we had an excellent experience and would gladly return.

Il soggiorno nella villa con piscina privata ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Ubud unico. Struttura a 10 minuti di auto dalla monkey forest.

Wake up to a stunning sunrise view from a room overlooking terraced rice fields. Enjoy a good selection of breakfast and a wide range of activities on-site. The only downside is its distance from the main entertainment areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent customer service, especially Sang and Agus, who were always so kind and patient while chatting with my 7-year-old daughter. The hotel itself was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and overall, it offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Ubud.

Very nice and comfortable stay staff very nice and hotel was very nice

All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive. Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants. Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Food was amazing! The staff was also very nice and helpful. Would definitely visit again.
