아요디아 팰리스

아요디아 팰리스 한마디로 별로입니다. 이 호텔 때문에 누사두아가 싫어지려고 합니다. 예약할때 오션뷰 트윈베드 예약했구요 체크인 후 방 배정받아 올라가니 가든뷰에 옆 호텔 공사 현장 바로 앞 방을 배정해줬더라구요, 리셉션에 문의하니 거기가 오션뷰랍니다. 방에서 바다는 코딱지만큼도 보이지 않았구요, 가든뷰를 오션뷰라 우기는 바람에 화가나서 싸웠네요. 영어 못했음 억울할 뻔 했어요. 기분 망치고 실컷 싸운 후 방 바꿔줬는데 그 방은 뜨거운물이 안나오네요. 외출 후 밤 11시 넘어 뜨거운물 안나오는걸 알고 리셉션에 전화해 항의했고 사람 올려보내 고치는듯했지만 고쳐지지 않았고 이번엔 차가운물을 뜨거운물이라 우기네요. 신발 신은체로 들어와 물 틀고 온 화장실을 헤집고 다녀 욕실 바닥은 엉망이고.. 다 내보내고 수퍼바이저 올려보내달라고 해서 밤 12시까지 씻지도 못하고 항의 했어요. 다음날 다시 고치러 왔지만 5시간 걸린다네요. 매니저 불러 룸업그레이드 받아 방 옮겼는데 이번에는 낮시간 내내 공사 소리로 시끄러워 한낮 찜통 더위에 정처없이 떠돌았어요. 두번다시 아요디아는 안옵니다. 딱 한가지 마음에 드는건 드라이클리닝 서비스! 그거말고는 다 싫어요.

Definitely stay at the palace side

Very nice property, location is very nice. Hotel has all the amenities and activities and you don't have to step out.

Great place with friendly staff. Several pools and private beach was great. Would for sure come back to this place if coming to Bali again. Stayed in palace room so had a lot of extra stuff included such as private pool, cocktails and afternoon tea.

Staying 2 nights at ayodya palace. Service was excellent. The beach from the hotel was beautiful, especially the sunrise.

Indoor playing room for kids would be appreciated

I could write thousands of words explaining everything in detail about how good the Palace is but I’ll summarise by saying both the Club Benefit Palace room (1477) and Suite options are amazing. We were extremely fortunate and grateful to get the Hanuman Suite (1483) for our anniversary. It’s a massive room with the most beautiful views. Literally the only negative was having to explain we had a members discount every time we purchased food or drink in any of the bars or restaurants, as the hotel system clearly couldn’t auto apply the discount using the room number. Everything else was brilliant, the breakfast, afternoon tea, the pool, location, beach, cocktail 1.5hrs and of course the staff. All the staff work tirelessly and do their best - Santiasa has to get a special mention for being extra lovely.

Auf Grund der Bauart und Aufteilung ist das Resort sehr weitläufig mit grossen Teichs und sehr viel Grün. Die balinesische Art und Freundlichkeit des Personals ist einfach unbeschreiblich.

We had a really great stay here with our 2.5year old and 8month old. Very family friendly but not overwhelmed with only families staying there. The kids pools were really great. Staff were very friendly and lovely with the kids. Although parts of the hotel looked a little tired there were lots of staff around doing maintenance and keeping things tidy. All the spaces were kept very clean. Sometimes communication between staff wasn't great, for example we had a letter left in our room about a free balinese dance performance happening in the hotel but when we asked in the lounge and at the palace reception they new nothing about it and kept trying to direct us to the paid nightly performances in the hotel theatre. The only other thing we found frustrating was that we forgot our reusable swim nappy. unsurprisingly the hotel asks that babies and children who are not fully toilet trained wear a swim nappy. However, the hotel did not provide any or have any for sale. They directed us to a pharmacy at the local market, which did not have any for sale either. Very minor complaints on the whole. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to other young families.

Amazing stay at the Ayodya palace, staff were super friendly, food was decent, we had a suite room. Will certainly be back again

I was in Ayodya for the first time with my wife and I can recommend it to everyone. It is a large and well maintained resort in a beautiful Balinese authentic style, and despite its size everything feels warm and cozy. Really all the staff and employees are super friendly with a big smile, you really feel yourself welcome and a respected guest. I highly recommend the Ayodya Palace for a beautiful Balinese experience. A special thanks to Noni and her colleagues who looked after us very well during breakfast, tea and cocktail hours. The beach is also very nice and we had no problem at all finding a sunbed. We will definitely come back here!

O Ayodya Resort é gigante e só recomendo ficar no Ayodya Palace ( onde ficámos), porque tem uma área reservada para os clientes (lobby, área de pequeno almoço, piscina e zona de cadeiras de praia), para além de ter vários benefícios ( snacks durante o dia, cocktails, snacks no fim de tarde e serviço de lavandaria gratuito de 4 peças diárias). Apesar do resort ser antigo e precisar de ser remodelado a estadia foi muito agradável, pelas amenidades do Palace e simpatia dos funcionários. A praia é grande e pelo menos em dias com algum vento a maré tem correntes, porém não causa grande stress.

For the second half of our family holiday we stayed at the Ayodya Palace. It was relaxing, we didn’t get sick and for Bali standards it was great. The Ayodya also offered culture through design and we just loved the sun beds at the beach.

We stayed at the Palace for seven nights in early February. It had been a while since our last visit in 2016, so I was delighted to find that the Palace still exudes a beautiful traditional Balinese look and style, complemented by exceptional service. The Palace team, led by Bina, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. All the staff were outstanding, but I want to give a special shoutout to Kadik, Erika, and Noni. The breakfast was superb, and the complimentary cocktails and canopies in the evening were delightful. I highly recommend the Palace for a beautiful Balinese experience.

Quiet area

The most amazing resort to stay. The Ayodya Palace delivered over & above for me. This is the best resort in Bali with the accommodation, brst service & location. My hapoy place.

We preferred The Palace when it was adults only. It was exclusive but has turned into package holiday experience. Palace pool requires renovation, decking needs attention some tiles on bottom of pool rquire attention. Surprised at use of glasses and beer bottles on edge and in the actual pool.

Amazing place amazing staff, great breakfast, facilities and infrastructure abit dated though, be patient...avoid spa and beach bar food unless all in package. Much better and cheaper options nearby
