I could write thousands of words explaining everything in detail about how good the Palace is but I’ll summarise by saying both the Club Benefit Palace room (1477) and Suite options are amazing. We were extremely fortunate and grateful to get the Hanuman Suite (1483) for our anniversary. It’s a massive room with the most beautiful views. Literally the only negative was having to explain we had a members discount every time we purchased food or drink in any of the bars or restaurants, as the hotel system clearly couldn’t auto apply the discount using the room number. Everything else was brilliant, the breakfast, afternoon tea, the pool, location, beach, cocktail 1.5hrs and of course the staff. All the staff work tirelessly and do their best - Santiasa has to get a special mention for being extra lovely.

Amazing and luxurious palace as well as resort! Beach was wonderful as well as all the swimming pools (although a little hot) so if you wanna cool down you will love the sea! Staff were wonderful and so was all the food and service! All you can drink cocktails wine and beer as well as wonderfully food from y to 7.30. the place is amazing designed In Full Balanese style. Thank you so much for a perfect holiday experience to all the staff and your beautiful Palace! Will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

I would highly recommend staying in Ayodya Palace. The service and the people are so lovely. The hotel is huge but not impersonal and the hotel itself is Balinese in style which makes your stay feel more authentic. The grounds are exquisite and there is so much space around the pools and beach area that there is no difficulty getting a sun lounger and a place in the shade. The complimentary bicycles are a lovely touch for cycling around the vast grounds and the surrounding area. Staying in the Palace section is to be recommended. The club lounge used by palace guests is so serene and a beautiful area for breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea (3-4.30) and cocktails (6-7.30) only for palace guests. I cannot compliment enough the following staff - Niri, Erika, Sintia, Yudi, Agung, Donu, Santi, Rio and Surya. They are so friendly, welcoming and helpful and provide an excellent service to all of their guests.
