Everything! Friendly staff from moment we arrived, lovely room with comfy bed, great evening meal and drinks in bar and breakfast in restaurant next morning.

Amazing and 5 star staffing from our front door man, reception to the servers! Very romantic and sleek and elegant all in one visit. First night in Ireland was simple perfect! The drive and quaint little town made for a very memorable stay!

Staff were friendly! Rooms amazing. Overall just perfect!

Cliff House was elegant and dramatic. The view from our room took your breath away. The service was unparalleled. A truly delightful stay.

Way too expensive for what it is. For 2 people, the room, dinner, couple of drinks, and a spa treatment each, we spent over 800e for 1 Sunday night stay. The view is incredible, rock pool is really nice, hotel staff were very nice, room was comfortable and quiet. We ate at The Bar. The staff weren't great. Service was poor. The mains were nice but the sides and starters were bad. Dinner ended up costing 100e a head. Bottle of Bulmers was 9e. Poor value for below average food. And a lot of small issues which arent really acceptable for such an expensive hotel. The menus in The Bar were dirty and covered in bits of food. Theres a shower by the rock pool but it doesn't work. The spa area is very basic, the sauna was cold when we went to use it. Half of the lockers in the spa changing room were broken. The shower in our room ran out of hot water. For some reason the phone in the room kept ringing through the night with no one on the other end, had to get up and unplug it. Nice views, but not worth the money compared to other 5 star hotels which cost substantially less.

We have stayed at the Cliff House Hotel a number of times now and it never disappoints. From when you arrive to when you leave it is just such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Gorgeous location! We loved the staff, bartenders and spa. The hot tub and heated pool were lovely after the outdoor baths overlooking the cliffs and ocean.

Very welcoming and one of the Most beautiful places I've ever been. We found the lift /elevator challenging but we probably would have gotten used to it if we had stay more than a night

Das Hotel ist wundervoll gelegen. Mit grossartigem Blick über die Bucht von Artmoor. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet mit einer kleinen sehr privaten Terasse. Die zimmer sind sehr klein, obwohl wir nicht die günstigste Kategorie hatten. Das Personal war nett. Man hatte aber das Gefühl, dass es unorganisiert ist. Viel zu viele Personen mit sehr beschränkten Aufgaben. Das Personal trug teilweise ausgefranzte Hosen, mit Flecken. Das Besteck war nicht immer ganz sauber. An der Rezeption wurden wir wärend unseres 1 wöchigen Aufenthaltes mindestens einmal täglich gefragt, ob wir einchecken oder abreisen wollten. Einmal wurde einfach unsere Rechnung schon mal ausgedruckt. Man hatte insgesamt das Gefühl das hier die rechte Hand nicht weiss, was die linke tut.

It’s an amazing hotel where the staff have a nothing is to much trouble, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Cliff House was comfortable, restful and perfect for a short. The restaurants were outstanding both for food and service.
