Very nice property and friendly staff

Wonderful hidden gem is a great area of Cork.

We had the family room and it was really big. Overall, the stay was great.

Fijn appartement. Ideale indeling, we waren met z'n vieren. Relaxt dat we ook even een wasje konden doen.

We loved this hotel and location. The only issue was that we could not get into either of the restaurants attached to the hotel either of the nights we were there - be sure to book food reservations in advance, as there aren’t many other great options nearby.

I have stayed a couple of times before and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This time there was a spell of warm weather which resulted in the room being intolerably warm, even at night. There was no air conditioning. In my second night I requested a fan which made it slightly more comfortable but I will factor in air conditioning when considering future bookings. Something I didn’t think I’d ever say in Ireland!!

Staff were some of the friendliest we have encountered in our travels through Ireland. There is a couple restaurants and bars attached to the hotel which is convenient, and very pretty. Over cleanliness could improve, also not very sound proof as you could hear lots of doors shutting and hair dryer kept dying out, but stay was overall good.

Stayed for 1 night and the hotel and staff were great! Perfect location and amenities.

No air conditioning or proper fans ( desk type) for 220 euro per night in mid-Summer. Weather was hotter than normal but is still peak Summer. No reinvestment-pure profit taking. Overall disappointing on this stay. Have been there in the past and was better. Price per night for a 3-star hotel, booked early in advance, coveys gouging to me. Front staff come across as inexperienced and untrained.

The staff are excellent and very helpful, besides the parking issues. Isaacs hotel is a great stay and only 5 minutes from the city center.

Hotel is beautiful and front desk staff were excellent. However, our room was unbearably hot, beyond the weather, We had 5 fans in the room and it barely helped. The night porter came to check the room and said that "there is something definitely wrong, but I can't do anything about it" That was a very disappointing answer.

The two apartments I rented were so hot we couldn't sleep a wink. My husband sat out in the garden area all night until way after midnight and all of the 8 family members suffered extensively from no sleep. It was stifling. None family member slept as close to the windows as possible and some on the floor just to try to escape the heat. It never cooled off. No fans no discount

Nice hotel. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Staff is nice and very helpful.

Excellent situated with as well excellent restaurants Greens and Issac and Casks all within the hotel. Best area to stay in too and close by to train stations , bus stops and also day trips would definitely rebook . We stayed 3 rd floor top floor and had air conditioning which was a bonus as the weather was so hot ☀️

Basic hotel. Well located and clean but rooms are small and with recent very hot weather, no air conditioning, basic fans not enough and can’t open windows due to noise from restaurants and bars in courtyard below. Better for off -season than busy season from price perspective.

Nice place

The best things about this property were the location near restaurants and activities and the helpfulness of the staff. We also had a kitchenette and laundry. It would have been helpful to have directions for the washer/dryer. Our favorite activity in Cork was the bike tour with James. If you rent an apartment be ready for street noise at all hours and music from bar next door till midnight on the weekends. If you are drinking at the bar this will obviously not be an issue!
