Beautiful property and lovely rooms, wonderful staff. The restaurant was great too. Easy to get to and from Dublin with one bus and a little walking.

A lovely historical building in a luscious garden setting . Welcoming staff throughout. No Air Con in room so staff helpfully gave us a fan. The windows can only be opened a few inches (due to security locks) which was an issue on a very hot humid night.

The setting is lovely and the walkable locality and village amenities. We must have booked the budget room though instead of the advertised "deluxe", first floor courtyard, old stables. Room was fairly grubby, area behind the door hadn't been cleaned forever, shower tiny, bedding and towels clean but quality poor and only 1 skinny little pillow each? Our problem though was we arrived at tail end of heatwave and asked for a fan or something but apparently any available had already been given out. Due to nature of conversion we had one tiny letterbox window that didnt even open fully due to safety chain, so room was unbearably hot. So much so we were booked for 2 nights but left the next morning. We did lodge a complaint through expedia and to be fair to the hotel management they refunded us for the second night. For that I have respect and say "thank you". It was unfortunate and some emergency fans might come in handy

We recently stayed here as it was out in the country a bit and away from the hustle and bustle, plus it was a bit less money. I'm going to start by saying, this should be a great place, it looks that way on paper. Our room was nice and clean, but no air conditioning so you had to sleep with the windows open. The room we stayed in is in an enclosed courtyard that used to be stable. At 4:20 AM the 2nd night, someone that works for the hotel seemed to think it was a good time to roll a bunch of heavy carts of some kind across the courtyard. It made on hell of a racket that went on and on and woke up pretty much everyone in that part of the hotel. The next morning when I complained about it to the desk clerk, he let on he didn't know anything about it and it wasn't his fault or problem, so too bad. It was almost like he could have cared less. Not the way to handle a complaint such as this. The other thing weird about the place is the fact that once you get on site, they have a rule of no outside food in any of their rooms. I looked after they told us this and couldn't find it anywhere on their website or any of their room listings on Expedia or elsewhere. This is a pretty big inconvenience if you don't want to eat in their restaurant. If I would have known about this ahead of time, I would have booked somewhere else. In summary, mini split air conditioning in the rooms, no work in the middle of the night and a desk clerk trained in customer service would be a big improvement.

Faulty Towers! We have stayed here over the years quite a bit, and it has deteriorated to an extent that we can't handle the dirt and total lack of upkeep. Has to be bad management. We will not stay here again

Short walk to town, great location, beautiful manor and gardens.

Le site du manoir est charmant et tranquille, et le personnel est agréable. Le lit était bien confortable, la salle de bain etait propre et rénovée. Par contre, l'insonorisation entre les chambres est moyenne.

Upon arrival we were informed that there was no water, at all in the rooms we were staying in. As we had an event the next day and it was late we had no choice but to tough it out. The staff did provide bottles of water but apart from that the room was smelly and in poor condition. The water came back on during the night, which was good. When we checked in we were told we would get a discount because they weren’t able to contact us before arrival and the staff would handle it on check out. When we checked out because the water came back in the night, no discount. My advice try another hotel.

El edificio principal que es la recepción y el restaurante era bonito,,los jardines también y el entorno tranquilo y agradable,,el baño era amplio y bien equipado, las habitaciones eran antiguas y le faltaban un poco de limpieza las ventanas y las moquetas.
