The hotel is off the busy Stillorgan Road but good bus services close by and an airport bus not far away at St Helen’s Hotel about a ten minute walk - if you do not have too much luggage to carry. My room was quiet at the back of the hotel. The room and bathroom require refurbishment. Shower over bath. Good food menu in bar/restaurant; quality varied but generally good. I’d recommend the fish dishes. Staff in bar were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff at check in could have been more informative about the facilities in the hotel.

Hotel accogliente e comodo per il centro, nonostante non sia vicinissimo (Bus E1 ed E2). Zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Personale gentile e per il compleanno del mio fidanzato avevo chiesto semplicemente un messaggio di auguri su tv o carta e invece loro hanno preparato un piatto con una tortina al centro e la scritta di auguri di cioccolato. Grazie!

Easy check in Easy parking and access room was good until we had to move cos our toilet stopped working Had the option of two other rooms took the smaller one close to the lift thought there might of been some offer for the inconvience

Stay was good no pool was a down tick but the food was good and staff were helpful

Had a good stay. The area around the hotel is quiet and relaxed. However, the hotel is very far from the city center - further than I thought. It took roughly 25 minutes to get there and cost around 30 euro. So if you want to do a lot of sightseeing it is not ideal. Also, there aren't any restaurants or much to do in the area around it.

After arriving at the hotel we left right away to head out for dinner. After coming back to the room around 10:30 we noticed the TV would not turn on nor did any of our outlets work. We phoned the front desk and a worker came around 11pm. They could not get the outlets or tv to work either. At 12pm we finally had to move rooms (as we had to have working outlets to charge our phones.) However, the only room left was by the elevator. This room was not bad at all, very clean. But it was rather noisy however, we needed working outlets so had no other choice but to move rooms at midnight. The next morning my husband and I left to go into Dublin, by the time we got back to the room neither of our new cards worked for the new room. We were rather tired and irritated. We also paid extra for the breakfast for two of the three days we stayed. The food was okay (nothing special or good.) The wait staff for serving from the buffet the first morning was rather rude and short to every person (not just myself and husband) while the second morning the pancake machine would not work. When I asked a different guy behind the buffet he just shrugged and asked “what do you want.” At this point i was so uncomfortable with my overall experience and I'm happy to be checked out of the hotel. I’m only giving it a 3 star as the room cleaner was absolutely amazing and the woman that checked us in was extremely sweet. The hotel overall was clean and nice, but not worth the hassle nor was the breakfast.

All Staff are Extremely kind and Helpful. Apart from a minority, the majority are nice and smiling. Rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very kind and responsive. The restaurant was excellent. Some chefs(the ones who distribute food) looked very angry and somehow irritated appetite! Generally, the place was peaceful and beautiful. By the way, lack of fridge was very unusual! However, when I have requested, the beautiful receptionist made it happen right away.

Booking and check-in were conducted with courteous efficiency. My room was very comfortable and perfect for my purposes. Hotel facilities also met all of my needs. What more could I ask for, given the faultlessness of my two night stay.

It is a decent clean hotel, with some rooms having a magnificent sea view. Floor plan is a little bit like a labyrinth and needs some orientation skills to get to your room. Elevators pop up in different corners and take you to different locations. My room was comfortable, with good blackouts and fresh clean bathroom. Breakfast was decent even with a limited variety, restaurant staff was particularly helpful and amiable. Overall, I enjoyed my experience but would prefer if it cost a little less.

The staff was professional and friendly. The property was clean. Great breakfast!
