I don't know why the hotel require the extra-money for parking fee

호텔수영장 이용 시 수영모가 없으면 이용할 수 없다고 했다. 통유리로 된 수영장 안을 보니 수영모 없이 수영하는 사람들이 있어서 저 사람들은 왜 수영모 없이 이용하냐고 물었더니 저 사람들은 규정을 지키지 않았지만 규정은 수영모를 써야 한다고 했다. 어쩔 수 없이 인당 3유로씩을 주고 수영모를 구매했는데 수영장을 이용하는 1시간여 동안 우리 외에 수영모를 쓰지 않은 사람이 대부분이어서 화가 났다. 골웨이 시내와 가깝고 강이 보이는 뷰도 좋다. 더블린에서 시티링크 타고 와서 걸어가기에도 거리가 나쁘지 않다.

Lovely Place

Staff was lovely, great location for hotel. Had a very long wait for breakfast of 35mins. So need to be down early.

The breakfast was nice, but could do with the hot breakfast more hot cause it was just warm. The sausages could be cooked more. Other then that it is a great hotel. Good location & the staff are very friendly & great at their job. We have stead here 3 times & we will be back again.

Very nice stay staff are very welcoming very friendly, helpfuland really appreciated the complimentary drinks voucher. Would definitely recommend, Not too far a walk to Eyre Square either.

Booked for 3 people and was given a room with two single beds. No apology for error. Drinks order forgotten in restaurant for dinner. No mention of tray service charge when ordering a sandwich from room service. On hold 20 mins before could order room service. No parking available in hotel car park. Booked deep tissue massages and neother of them were deep tissue.

Beautiful hotel. hotel was quiet which was great for a good night sleep. Room was clean and Beds were comfy. breakfast was brilliant. Huge Variety available to suit everyone. booked for 3 people and for a steep price of 272 euro for one night and my thoughts overall are quite disappointing. Photos of the room were obviously mis leading (1 double, 1 single in photo) as only 2 single beds in the room when we arrived. 2 bottles of water, 2 dressing gowns. 2 of everything. Room not prepared for 3. Roll out bed arrived after a quick call to reception. One dressing gown was stained in makeup so unable to use. Vending machine empty on our floor so had to go to the shop for more water. Decided to dine out in city centre and take the car. Upon arrival back to hotel, car park was full and we got stuck waiting at the barrier for some time. Went to the bar for a drink and to relax and couldn’t find anyone to serve us a cocktail. We were told “there was an event happening and all bar staff were busy trying to accommodate the guests who were present at the event” Had to settle for a more “simple” drink that was “quick” to prepare. This Was probably the most disappointing thing of all during our stay. That service is absolutely unacceptable no matter how much someone pays for a room. Left the bar after the 1 drink and called it a night. Although a beautiful looking hotel with a scenic view of the lake, The cons do out weigh the pros and I definitely would not be returning again.

It was my mother’s birthday and as a special treat they upgraded us and also left a few yummy treats in the room for us on a plate with Happy Birthday on it. It’s little thing like this that make a memorable stay! Thank you

Room is clean but housekeeping is a bit lax. It is in an older building and so we had a little bit of a plumbing problem. The staff was helpful to find solution quickly. Room is spacious and hotel is next to the train station and a short walk (10-15) to the center - very convenient. Love the view from the dinning room and the pub and lobby are great place to chill while we wait for our train.

Good room, after getting moved from the original very noisy (mechanical systems) room they first fobbed off on us. Breakfasts were top notch. Parking in the on-site garage was easy enough, though it sometimes took time waiting at the front desk to have the tickets validated. Very easy in/out otherwise, without any city traffic to contend with. On-site dining (other than breakfasts) left a lot to be desired. Noisy and cold, and the food was just okay. Another hotel on the next block over really sets the bar much higher by comparison. Elevators were quirky, with the floor buttons not staying illuminated once in motion, but they did work. Might stay here again.

Room was spotless. Staff were pleasant. Pool and jacuzzi really nice. Great location in Galway city. Bar and lounge areas very nice. Bar food served in adjacent restaurant was ok. Breakfast was really good.
