에이 포인트 아레조 파크 호텔

This hotel is located in right beside the EXIT of Arezzo highway. The room is normal , lots of parking, breakfast is little not enough.

Well, having travelled extensively for the past 13 years, this Hotel must be the coldest I have ever stayed in. It was December, but there was no heating on in the lobby area or the dining area so everyone had to wear coats or thick jumpers while eating their meals. The showers were not particularly hot either. The room temperature could only go up to 19 Degrees so by the time I left it finally felt warm enough. Don't think I will stay here again... Not in the winter anyhow..

The room was in quite poor condition. There was only lukewarm water, the heating was noisy, the tv didn’t work, the lights over the bed flashed and the toilet seat was loose. It was a very stylish hotel but it just needs some maintenance. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable

Ottima colazione, per il resto hotel 4 stelle che col tempo si è lasciato un po andare...come dire : bello si però qualcosa si poteva fare meglio. un po di manutenzione in più, più riscaldamento ecc ecc

Au départ, une frayeur car l'adresse indiquée nous emmenez sur un autre hotel dont l'aspect était encore pire. L'avantage de l'établissement est de se trouver au pied de l'autoroute ce qui est pratique lorsque vous faites un auto tour et que vous ne voulez pas dormir sur Florence. Cependant, un rafraîchissement est très urgent... il semble qu'ils ont.t commencé par la salle de sport qui est inaccessible pour cette raison. Pour les chambres, absence de prise proche des lits, interrupteurs à côté des lits inopérant et quand on lève les yeux au plafond, la moitié du plafonnier est manquant... Quant au petit-déjeuner, le choix est relativement limité. Je vous conseille de commander votre café car celui proposé est insipide. Au final, juste une halte sur la route pour dormir....

On the surface, our hotel room looked very modern and fancy, but once you took a closer look, the story was quite different. The carpet was covered in stains, there was mold around the air conditioning vent, and the sofa was practically falling apart. The TV in the room was also incredibly small – I’d guess there are tablets out there that are bigger. The hotel is located in a rather dull area, but if you’re driving an electric car, there’s a wealth of Tesla charging stations out back.

Comodo e funzionale, silenzioso e cortesia del personale

tutto perfetto a meno del letto, il materasso era troppo duro. Per il resto è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso con il personale a disposizione e attento ai minimi dettagli. Grazie

Decoración desfasada. Termostato imposible de regular (hemos pasado frío en pleno julio por no poder parar el aire acondicionado). Muy buen desayuno.

This hotel has so much potential, but many details are missing. From music to create a pleasant atmosphere in the communal areas, especially restaurant and breakfast space. (So awkward to hear everyone chew their food around you and the kitchen staff comments in the background) To electrical jobs left undone in the room leaving holes in the ceiling right above our heads on the pillows, or dead light switches that forced us to get up from the bed to turn the lights on and off. Good features were: spacious rooms, enormous beds and great walk in shower. Also the Tesla chargers and the location right next to the motorway exit arr very convenient. Wouldn’t come back if not at a super cheap rate.

Ottimo rapporto prezzo rendimento, personale Gentilissimo, camere moderne molto spaziose, ottimo buffet della colazione.

It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues.
