This hotel has so much potential, but many details are missing.
From music to create a pleasant atmosphere in the communal areas, especially restaurant and breakfast space. (So awkward to hear everyone chew their food around you and the kitchen staff comments in the background)
To electrical jobs left undone in the room leaving holes in the ceiling right above our heads on the pillows, or dead light switches that forced us to get up from the bed to turn the lights on and off.
Good features were: spacious rooms, enormous beds and great walk in shower.
Also the Tesla chargers and the location right next to the motorway exit arr very convenient.
Wouldn’t come back if not at a super cheap rate.

It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues.

- We were offered room in level 0, it was dirty and also aircon was not working, after complaining 3 times we were shifted to different room.
- Room that was offered 2nd time was better than the 1st. Aircon was working.
- There was a wierd smell from the towels, they all clean washed but not sure why.

I have been there a few times over the last year. Rooms are big and modern. Reception staff is nice.
Cleaningness could be improved a bit especially in the bathroom.
You cannot control the temp of the room from the thermostat in the room, you need to ask reception to adjust it.
Buffet breakfast is ok
Well located near the motorway.

Bathroom is modern but I had the worst experience as everytime I opened the water in the shower black sticky mud would come out of it for the first couple of seconds.. That was really disgusting. Shower head in need of change. Light in th toilet is very dim so not ideal to do your make up. Breakfast is scarce and perso elle unattentive. I had dinner the first night there as I arrived late and even thougb there were only 4 tables a very confused waitress took over half an hour to come and get my order. Quality of the food very debatable... Let's say it was late and I was starving... Would go back only for the position which is very convenient

On the surface, our hotel room looked very modern and fancy, but once you took a closer look, the story was quite different. The carpet was covered in stains, there was mold around the air conditioning vent, and the sofa was practically falling apart. The TV in the room was also incredibly small – I’d guess there are tablets out there that are bigger.
The hotel is located in a rather dull area, but if you’re driving an electric car, there’s a wealth of Tesla charging stations out back.
