고풍스럽고 친환경적인 느낌의 숙박시설로 편안하게 쉬었습니다. 아주 친절하시고 조식도 맛있었어요. 다만 건물과 시설이 노후되어 룸바닥이 조금 꺼지는 곳이 있고 실내등이 너무 어글리 했습니다.

베니스내의 숙박시설이 다 그렇겠지만 오래되어서 객실내 곰팡이 냄새가 괴롭혔어요. 말코광장도 가까운편이라 새벽에 광장구경과 산책을 즐길수 있어요. 조식은 괜찬았어요

감기 때문에 따뜻한 물이 필요했는데 주전자가 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 언제든지 로비에서 따뜻한 물을 요구하면 보온병에 채워주셨어요. 직원들이 모두 친절하고 짐도 올려주셔서 좋았습니다. 본관이 아닌 뒤쪽 객실이었는데 오히려 한적하고 창문으로 바라보면 운하에 곤돌라가 지나다니며 곤돌라리에들이 노래를 불러 좋았습니다. 시끄러운거 싫으시면 불만족하실지도...

客室がとにかくエレガントで素敵でした。外の景色は1番右の部屋だったので教会の素敵な彫刻が半分だけ見えたのが残念でした。 次回部屋が選べるなら中央の部屋に泊まりたいです。 そして、フロントの方がとにかく紳士に対応してくれ、困ったことや聞きたい事を迅速に対処してくれ感謝です。紹介してもらったお店も美味しかったです！ またヴェネツィアに来て泊まりたい素敵なホテルになりました。 ただ、朝食の味はもう少し美味しくして欲しいです（^人^）

it was a very cute hotel with a delicious breakfast included cute sitting area perfect location. The room was a bit small and it was definitely old school old world look nothing modern but beautiful.

Great location, easy to access from ferry, great staff and breakfast. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff who cleaned the rooms did a great job and organised my pyjamas on the bed each day in a lovely way

Super friendly staff, excellent location, the back of the building is open to the canal, where you can see the gondolas passing by

Such a great boutique hotel to stay at! Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location to everything in Venice! Not to mention a short 2 minute walk to the Waterbus stop.

Best part of hotel was the staff. Very warm and friendly. Had booked including breakfast but somehow between Expedia and the hotel it didnt carry over. Breakfast staff lovely helpful people with generous pots of coffee which is unusual in Venice. Breakfast itself not great -cold dry eggs, cold oily zucchini. Good croisanrs and fruit. However, walls are thin and i could hear a neighbor snoring and someone on a lower level kept slamming doors in the middle of the night. Overall okay and convenient

All the staff were excellent, very professional. The bedrooms were absolutely spotless. The only criticism is, paper cups in the bedroom for coffee & tea, & the plates in the breakfast room were tiny, smaller than tea plates. Apart from that, excellent plus! I would definitely stay there again. It should be a 4 star not 3!

Convenient,, accessible to water taxi

Everyone was very cordial and friendly and very helpful. The cotton for breakfast was excellent. Location is superb. However, we had a small issue with the water temperature twice. Each time there was minimal hot water, but they were able to increase the water pressure and we got hot water within 15 or 20 minutes. But it was annoying to happen Twice and we were only there for two nights. But overall extremely happy with everything else.

O Hotel é mediano, colchão afundando já necessita ser trocado, banheiro é pequeno mas é bom, café da manhã simples, a localização é ótima e tranquila. As camareiras adoram conversar no corredor de manhã. Muito caro para o que entrega

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the vaporetto stop Santa Maria del Giglio and very close to St. Mark’s Square as well as many of the main attractions. It’s also tucked away enough to feel calm and charming, which made it easy to reach everything on foot without being right in the middle of the crowds. Our room was quite small, but nicely decorated in a classic Venetian style. The hotel itself is not the most modern, but that actually added to its charm – it felt authentic and very much in tune with the city’s atmosphere. The overall ambiance was warm and traditional, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the service left us disappointed. The evening before our departure we informed the reception that we would need to leave before 7:00 in the morning. The staff member noted this, but on the next day we were only told then that breakfast would not be available until 7:30. Since breakfast had been included in the price, this was frustrating, and there was no alternative offered – not even something simple prepared in advance – and no apology either. It left us with the impression that the staff could have been more attentive and considerate. Overall, the location and style of the hotel were lovely, and the stay itself was pleasant. However, the lack of service regarding our early departure was a real disappointment, especially as it would have been easy to handle differently.
