고풍스럽고 친환경적인 느낌의 숙박시설로 편안하게 쉬었습니다. 아주 친절하시고 조식도 맛있었어요. 다만 건물과 시설이 노후되어 룸바닥이 조금 꺼지는 곳이 있고 실내등이 너무 어글리 했습니다.

베니스내의 숙박시설이 다 그렇겠지만 오래되어서 객실내 곰팡이 냄새가 괴롭혔어요. 말코광장도 가까운편이라 새벽에 광장구경과 산책을 즐길수 있어요. 조식은 괜찬았어요

감기 때문에 따뜻한 물이 필요했는데 주전자가 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 언제든지 로비에서 따뜻한 물을 요구하면 보온병에 채워주셨어요. 직원들이 모두 친절하고 짐도 올려주셔서 좋았습니다. 본관이 아닌 뒤쪽 객실이었는데 오히려 한적하고 창문으로 바라보면 운하에 곤돌라가 지나다니며 곤돌라리에들이 노래를 불러 좋았습니다. 시끄러운거 싫으시면 불만족하실지도...

Very nice classic European hotel experience. The room was spacious and well cared for. The hotel has nice ambiance and the library bar was very unique. The staff was night and day though - 2 of the desk staff were the most helpful individuals and even mailed an item for us, 2 we snobby and stuck up and were offended that we were actually asking questions. But that for the lesson on the difference between water bus and water taxi.

Nettes Hotel im typischen Stil von Venedig, sehr gut gelegen, sehr freundlich Personal.

Fantastic location to walk to all attractions in St. Marks. Old world charm in the style of hotel decorations. Lovely garden tables. Absolutely amazing helpful front desk staff. They helped us find a way to the airport on our last day, which is a complicated task in Venice.

Charming hotel and very, very nice staff and service.

Does not look like the photos, we upgraded to the nicest room and the floors and ceilings had holes in them. We booked a gondola thru the hotel they never showed up after an hour we ended up canceling it. There were spiders in the corners or the ceilings and windows. We asked for an extra pillow and they told us we would have to wait until the next day to receive it. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

classic small venitian hotel...lovely building and room. great location - close to st mark's but away from the crowds. super helpful and friendly staff that give terrific recommendations. if you can take the water taxi from the airport and arrive at their back door on a small canal - great way to arrive in venice! we loved it. thanks antonio and the rest of your staff.

Amazing hotel, you feel really well taken care off from the moment you step in. The staff couldn’t be more nice and would go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. we stayed for a week in a charming double bedroom Venetian styled room. The hotel is really close to St Marks piazza , La Fenice theatre and all the amazing campo’s and bridges. Charming feature- the view to the canal and the singing of the gondoliers passing under your window. thank you to hotel staff from the bottom of our hearts ! Really nice unforgivable holiday !

Magifique séjour à Venise. L'emplacement de l hotel est parfait et calme. Les principaux monuments, musées et restaurants sont à proximite de l hotel. Decouverte de Venise à pied facilement, ou en bateau, gondole, ou tragetto (a côté de l hotel). Personnel tres accueillant et disponible. Possibilité de réserver des billets directement à la reception. Le petit dejeuner est tres copieux et c est un delice... On recommande vivement cet hotel.

I really never write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I stayed at this hotel for two nights and woke up the first morning covered in mosquito bites—at least a dozen. I initially thought I had left the window open, but it was shut tight. Turns out, mosquitoes were somehow getting into the room, possibly through the vents or tiny gaps in the windows. I reported it to the front desk, hoping for some understanding or even a simple apology, but the staff were fairly dismissive. The receptionist laughed and said “It’s a Venice problem.” as if being eaten alive overnight is part of the package deal. Highly doubt that’s the approach at every hotel in the city. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay what we did and wake up itching and uncomfortable, only to have the hotel act like it’s not really a problem. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before booking here—especially if you value a good night’s sleep.

The hotel is a nice, comforting hotel. The staff was very polite, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was quite good if one purchased that option to be included. The only down sides were the water pressure of the shower, it was very weak. Also, we were unable to adjust the AC, likely user error. Unfortunately, we slept with the windows open and received many mosquito bites. However, I would recommend the hotel due to the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness.

Das Hotel ist leicht zu erreichen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Es wurde jeden Tag bei uns im Zimmer geputzt, alles neu bezogen. Wir würden definitiv das Hotel weiterempfehlen!
