스탭분들 모두 너무 친절하시고 좋았습니다. 처음 방을 바꿔달라고 했을 때도 그렇고 떠날 때도 택시까지 짐을 들어주셨어요.

What I liked: Fantastic location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, close to the Spanish quarter and to the Palace and harbor ! Great coffee at breakfast! What I didn’t like was the following: The Room is a little shabby and does not appear to have been painted in a long time! The room we had was next to the bar/kitchen area and we were woken up early every morning as you could hear everything through the thin walls! No mirror or hot water kettle in the room. Not enough outlets in the room. Noisy A/C. No view as the room overlooked a roof with barred windows! The breakfast was less than basic, the only hot food item they had was hard boiled eggs, which is perfectly fine except if you did not get there in time and they ran out then they did not boil any extra and you were told that there are no more eggs! Minuscule selection of cheese and cold cuts, lots of pastries and breads though!

A lovely family-run hotel in a quiet residential street in Ischia Porto Very well located, 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the harbour We had a large room, very simply furnished, and the bathroom, which had a shower, was somewhat old-fashioned but worked well We had a very simple, typical Italian breakfast, of cereal, fruits, bread, cheese, meat and various Italian sweet items There is a very nice swimming pool and a constantly replenished thermal pool So, a lovely hotel, we would certainly return to

Reception staffs were quite good!

This is our second time staying here and we are already looking forward to next year. The location is great you can do so many things in the surrounding area but what makes it perfect is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful and really sets you up for a day exploring Naples. Do not hesitate to stay here.

I would never recommend this "hotel" to anyone except an enemy. The price was high for a small uncomfortable room where the maid couldnt even clean the floor properly. Even was "wakeup" call was late. One had to ask for coffee or it wouldnt be provided for breakfast. The front desk was somewhat negative. One man was friendly, but a woman acted as though I was doing her a favor. The air condiitoning continue to go out and I had to notify the front desk.The room was quiet, though, and that is a high priority on my list. There were no distrubances from neighbors.

Charming hotel in an excellent location within walking distance to everything. Overall clean and all the amenities. The rooms are a little small but to be expected in European hotels. The check-in and front desk person (sorry, I did not get her name) was excellent, courteous and always helped with a smile. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The building is quite old and the stairs a bit precarious. The rooms and bathrooms are in need of a refresh. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is wonderful. Location is excellent.

Old style hotel, modern wifi (wifi6). AC worked very well. 24 hour reception which was very helpful, to ask for extra pillows, toiletpaper or towels. Also have us good directions for the subway.

Excellent location, but very small room The hotel is in a fantastic location — right in the heart of Naples, close to everything. It's a great option for couples, as the space is quite limited. We were traveling with our 13-year-old daughter, and they placed a small single bed at the foot of ours, which made the room feel even tighter. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but definitely too small for three people. Breakfast was just okay — not bad, but nothing special. Overall, a good option for a short stay if you're a couple and want to be in the center of it all.

Room was small, shower door dis not close fully so flooded the bathroom, wifi was weak. Would have loved to have a tea kettle in the room.

The staff, first and foremost, are excellent. The location is also great. The hotel, though, in an old building is great as you reach the 3rd floor.

Une étoile à partager entre la situation de l'hôtel et le personnel . Pour le reste il convient de lire entre les lignes l'annonce de l'hôtel petit lit pour deux veut dire un lit de 1 m 20 coincé entre deux cloisons donc avec une personne qui peut pas se lever la nuit . Un des pires petit déjeuner jamais vu : Un seul fromage le même sur 5 jours De charcuterie identiques de porc . Si vous êtes allergique au porc pour d'autres motifs allez déjeuner ailleurs Pas d'ouefs et pas de possibilité d'en avoir Le grille-pain est définitivement en panne Je déconseille fortement cet établissement point à utiliser quand cas d'impossibilité d'ailleurs Je regrette de ne pas avoir de photos à vous communiquer car les photos de l'annonce sont trompeuse

If you are planing to arrive in a rental there is no parking nearby ( 1/4 mile) from the hotel, so beware those who travel with large luggage. But the worst thing was my my wife and daugther wake me up at 3.00am because the bed was infested with bed bugs.... the personnel change our room but I personally couldnt get a good rest this night
