One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Beautiful property and spacious room with our own patio overlooking the lake. Very quiet room. The staff are fantastic with help for everything!! The breakfast had lots of variety and everything was delicious. The restaurant is heavy with seafood options and everything we tried was great. The only thing that would make things better is if they had a hotel shuttle in to Bellagio. Even without that service, the bus is super easy and there is a stop right outside the hotel. 10/10!

My stay at the Continental Hotel was absolutely fantastic—truly a 5-star experience from beginning to end. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms, a great atmosphere, and an ideal location that made exploring the area so easy.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Every interaction felt genuine, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect.
From the comfort of the room to the overall attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Continental Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and seamless stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Clean rooms, great view. On site parking very very expensive and the most expensive drinks at the pool side.41 Euros for x2 g&t which was not the best experience. On site restaurant lovely food but again very expensive. A similar but local restaurant down the roadside equally nice and at least you’re paying a local person. Good hotel, clean, nice staff and hotel with a view but your paying a high price

Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The views were great! Just a tip...you need to reserve restaurant dinners several days in advance as they fill up quickly for local restaurants in the immediate area. The location of this hotel is not far from Bellagio but the ferry to Lezzeno ends earlier than other ferries so you need to plan accordingly or drive to Bellagio.

The hotel offers exceptional hospitality—staff were warm, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The food overall was truly amazing, and the atmosphere was lovely.
However, I was surprised to find that even though breakfast was included in our reservation, we had to pay an extra €8 just to have eggs. On top of that, €35 for a single pizza is excessive by any standard. While the hotel is nice and comfortable, it simply doesn’t justify the high prices. You’re not getting the value you’d expect for what you’re paying.

Pure magic! We loved the property so much that it was hard to leave to explore Lake Como. Amazing beach bar and cabanas with excellent service. Complimentary kayak and paddleboatds. The front desk was beyond helpful and so patient going out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back.
Also should note buses in the area don’t run on time and a car rental would be challenging with the super narrow windy streets.

Superbe hôtel, calme avec peu de monde. La chambre avait une vue exceptionnelle, la terasse privée top. Le restaurant parfait. L’équipe est au top. Un 10/10 je recommande sans hésitation et nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🙂
