Very clean huge rooms with breathtaking views. Super helpful staff. Lovely location. Had great parking. Perfect one stop hotel that offers all facilities including its own dock. The food was outstanding as well.

Room was very quiet; noticeable how quiet the aircon was. View from room over lake was amazing to wake up to as was location for breakfast. Infinity pool is large, refreshing but not cold and a great spot to watch life on the lake go by.

I booked a stay at this Filario Hotel, but fell we fell sick before the hotel stay. We reached out 24 hours prior to the hotel stay to see if we can switch to date ore receive a partial refund, but the hotel staff took the entire cost of the booking as they said it was nonrefundable when we booked it through expedia. We even provided a doctor's note, but they were not accommodating. The hotel staff and management were very late to respond despite multiple emails, just giving us the run around. We certainly understand it is not refundable, but they could have allowed us to switch to an alternate date when the hotel had availability. They took our money and relisted the rooms, so they made money on us when we got sick. They are not friendly or accommodating. Ultimately, it was very disappointing as we were looking forward to the visiting lake como. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our stay was lovely. If you are planning to be in the Lake Como area, but would like to avoid the hustle and bustle of Bellagio/Varenna/Como, I highly recommend Filario in Lezzeno. It’s a quieter town, with ferry and bus access to get wherever you need to be on the lake. It’s also not a bad idea to spend the day at Filario itself. Lovely private beach, excellent included breakfast, and beautiful rooms with an unbeatable view. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff that cannot do enough for you, its a little out of the way with 4 restaurants nearby but the walk to them is not easy as there are few pavements on a windy road. But went to bellagio and varenna where its busier. I would recommend the hotel for a quieter location away from the busy crowds

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Beautiful property and spacious room with our own patio overlooking the lake. Very quiet room. The staff are fantastic with help for everything!! The breakfast had lots of variety and everything was delicious. The restaurant is heavy with seafood options and everything we tried was great. The only thing that would make things better is if they had a hotel shuttle in to Bellagio. Even without that service, the bus is super easy and there is a stop right outside the hotel. 10/10!

Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for.

Loved the villa - serene and perfect for a group of 4. Only feedback would be air conditioner does not work in spring time due to city laws - you need to be prepared to sleep with windows open if you need cooler setting

My stay at the Continental Hotel was absolutely fantastic—truly a 5-star experience from beginning to end. Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for.
