호텔 알 폰테 데이 소스피리

This hotel is located near the San Marco Square, and the pictures in the travel web sites are so fantastic. But I couldn't sleep and rest well in this hotel. Because most of furniture are s~o old. The curtain, fabric sofa, rug, and cushion are very very old, and surprisingly the toilet paper is the one of the cheapest ones (very rough), so in the hotel room I felt uncomfortable. And I had to go to another hotel to have breakfast. Even though the boiler was broken, I couldn't take a shower. But the front desk said just 'sorry'. I never recommend this hotel.

일단 다른 호텔에 비해 방이 아주 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 베네치아기차역에서 바포레토 2정거장인 리알토에서 내려서 조금 걸어가는데 산마르코 광장에서 매우 가까워서 좋았습니다 체크인할때 조식은 우리는 매우 작은 호텔이라 식당은 없다며 룸서비스를 한다고 저녁에 원하는 메뉴를 체크해서 걸어 놓으면 원하는 시간에 카트로 배달이 옵니다. 과일도 신선하고 빵도 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

좀 호텔에 늦게 도착했는데 너무 반갑게 맞아주셔서 처음부터 기분이 좋았습니다:) 조식은 같은 계열사 호텔로 가면 되는데 엄청 가깝습니다. 준비해주는 커피도 맛있고 디저트도 훌륭한 편입니다. 가짓수가 다양한 건 아니지만 충분히 즐기고 맛도 좋습니다. 바로 근처에 맛집도 있고 바다도 끼고 있고 최적의 위치예요! 산마르코 광장이랑 엄청 가깝고 저는 베네치아에 가면 다시 여기서 꼭 묵을거예요ㅎㅎ

Everything was within walking distance.

We had booked Suite Casanova. The hotel should have a 24-hour reception according to hotels.com. Nevertheless I called the hotel at 5:00 PM and told them we would be arriving late due to flight delays. No problem, we will be here when you arrive, they replied. When we arrived at 11:30 PM, the hotel was closed for the night and no one answered the phone. The water taxi driver called around and finally managed to get in touch with the receptionist. After standing for 30 minutes on the small pier facing the canal, we were let in. The receptionist who had finally appeared helped us with our luggage to the room. He made it very clear that he did not intend to leave the room until he received a tip. The staff is not very service minded. We were also a bit surprised when we asked the reception to book a water taxi for us to the airport, they would only do it if they got paid in cash up front. Ouer room had a fantastic view of the canal and the Suspiros Bridge.

Fabulously central location, wonderful view and exceptionally charming staff including the always cheerful Raffaele make this 5⭐️ The water taxi arrival and departure were icing on the cake!

Very central, friendly staff, big room, clean and quiet. Nice bed and shower. Breakfast served in the room was excellent. Mant restaurants nearby, including Rossopomodoro on the right corner, which is open later than others.

Great little boutique hotel. Its on a canal that is busy and was noisy over the weekend. Like in America, teenage boys out cruising the canals with music blasting. The bed was squeaky and a bit firm for our comfort, but the room was large and very nice. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Breakfast is served each morning in your room, included in the price. It's very close to St. Mark's square and lots of shopping. You do have to drag your luggage from the taxi drop off point and lots of bridges to cross and most do not have ramps, so be prepared to drag your luggage up and down the stairs over the bridges. We did get a porter from the hotel to the taxi area, 35 euro for 4 bags and that was a much nicer transfer. We would stay there again, but plan on week days over the weekends.

Beautiful room !

Great quality for the price. Casanova Suite was nice and had a great view of the Bridge of Sighs. Not a 'suite' as might be expected, in terms of size - still very nice. Breakfast is delivered to the room - only option and it was just fine. Great location - quite and across from the best pizzeria in Venice m, Rosso Pomodoro!
