We loved our stay here, it is so conveniently located right next to the train/bus station, and right on the road full of lovely shops and restaurants, our room was lovely and clean, and we had an amazing stay

Great location near the center of town and easy walking distance to the Sorrento station and ferry terminal. The room was efficient and spotless, the breakfast service was excellent and the staff were helpful and kind at all times.

2017.10.23 오후 늦게 찾아간 카프리호텔에서 체크인을 할수 없으니 다른호텔에 가라고 했다. 난 두달전에 예약했노라 애기하고 예약서를 보여주니, 예약은 맞는데 방이 없다며 환불해줄테니
다른호텔로 가야 한다고 해서 너무 황당했다. 호텔스닷컴은 도대체 일을 어떻게 하는가? 두달전에 예약하고 호텔비도 완납하고 멀리 해외에 왔는데, 방을 못주겠다니 너무 황당했다. 지배인을 불러서 싸운후 겨우 방을 배정 받았다. 해외전화비 아까워서 호텔스닷컴에 따지지는 못하고 귀국해서 알아볼 예정임. 호텔스닷컴은 좀더 세심한 배려를 하시기 바람.

First room was too small, but Theresa made it right on third day. Theresa was very nice and accommodating, but the other reception girls could be a little friendlier. I was going to find another hotel, but Theresa saved the day.

Great variety in breakfast buffet, the staff is very attentive and friendly.
Teresa the manager is a wonderful host she treats all her guests with great care she makes you feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel they are an amazing team.

The breakfast was delicious, loads of choice, also freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes and crepes.
The staff were lovely, special mention to Teresa the manager, she was so organised and friendly, she organised our transfers to and from the airport, also a trip we requested. The room was really nice and quiet. The property is in a great location, just a short walk from the main square.

The Capri Hotel was a great place to stay in Sorrento. It is conveniently located near the train station yet very walkable to the main square. Shopping and restaurant are nearby. The breakfast buffet is lovely with a chef cooking eggs, pancakes and crepes to order. The decor is lovely and the outdoor pool is very nice. By far, though, the real plus is the staff. They are warm, welcoming and so helpful, from Teresa Lauro, the hotel manager, to Nissal who always greeted us with a smile. We recommend this lovely little gem in Sorrento!

Comfortable, clean, well decorated hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who spoke good english.
Bed was large and comfortable. Towels good and regularly replenished. Robes and slippers provided.
A huge choice of tasty breakfast options with some made to order items.
Well located on one of the main roads, a short walk from the main square, and even closer to the train station.
My room was on the 2nd floor on the road side, so there was some occasional traffic noise but this didn't disturb me.
Pool area was quite small but well kept, with comfortable sun loungers and deck chairs. Sun moved around in early October so not always in the sun. Water was said to be very cold. Also a garden area above.
We very much enjoyed our stay

The room is extremely small, it is nothing at all what is shown on the website. There is no place to put luggage. The room is smaller than something you would find in an RV.
The hotel manager Teresa Lauro is very nice, and accommodating. The hotel is nice in but the rooms are horrible.

Very cleqn, the staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The managerer Teresa was exceptional, she did everyting to mske sure that we were welcomed and all our needs met with outstanding service. A big thank you to you all and I will came back.

We enjoyed are stay last week at this very nice hotel. Staff was fantastic from the porters, front desk and houskeeping. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the breakast buffet was very impressive, omlets, large selection of pastries, juices and fruit.
