2017.10.23 오후 늦게 찾아간 카프리호텔에서 체크인을 할수 없으니 다른호텔에 가라고 했다. 난 두달전에 예약했노라 애기하고 예약서를 보여주니, 예약은 맞는데 방이 없다며 환불해줄테니 다른호텔로 가야 한다고 해서 너무 황당했다. 호텔스닷컴은 도대체 일을 어떻게 하는가? 두달전에 예약하고 호텔비도 완납하고 멀리 해외에 왔는데, 방을 못주겠다니 너무 황당했다. 지배인을 불러서 싸운후 겨우 방을 배정 받았다. 해외전화비 아까워서 호텔스닷컴에 따지지는 못하고 귀국해서 알아볼 예정임. 호텔스닷컴은 좀더 세심한 배려를 하시기 바람.

Hotel Capri offers 5 Star Luxury hotel style while maintaining its unique, boutique charm. The staff were tremendous in handling all of our specific needs. They provided personal service as if we were the only guest on property. Terese (Manager) and her staff were extremely attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Would rather the pool stay opened later than 6pm. The location, the staff, the amenities made this one of our best hotel experiences while in Italy.

Ein wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Sorrent. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren ausgezeichnet. Besonders die Hotelmanagerin ist hier lobend zu erwähnen, die sich jeden Tag bei jedem Gast persönlich beim Frühstück erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Auch im Vorfeld der Reise wurde man per Mail gefragt,ob man Fragen hat etc. So konnte man einen gut organisierten Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel in Anspruch nehmen. Auch bei der Planung von Ausflügen bekommt man Unterstützung. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem eine hervorragende Unterkunft.

5min walk from the train station, 10-12min walk to the port, 5-7min walk to the square, we enjoyed the pool and free breakfast

Loved Hotel Capri. Very spacious lounge area and nice looking pool. Breakfast was amazing with wonderful selection of food to select. Tip - air conditioning will not turn on if window is open.

Great location and staff!

Nice hotel, lobby is very nicely decorated and the front desk staff were great - they gave us some brilliant restaurant recommendations. Hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Sorrento old town and getting to the ferry port for day trips. Enjoyed the pool. The room was nice with good air con but shower pressure not the best and shower door wouldn’t close properly. General manager not the easiest to communicate with, they misunderstood us a couple of times which was a bit awkward. Have to speak to the chef to order some items for breakfast but orders aren’t written down and mine was forgotten.

Teresa, the hotel manager, was exceptional—warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She made our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself is great, with an excellent location.
