호텔 유로파

이탈리아 휴가중 나폴리 및 폼페이의 여행을 위해 선택한 호텔 유로파... 가격으로 선택을 함에 있어 가장 후회가 남는 호텔중 하나였다. 구글 지도에서 볼때와 다르게 나폴리 시내에서 너무 외곽에 위치하였으며, 가장황당한건, 내부 순환도로에서 호텔로 들어가는 입구가 있다는 것이었다. 호텔 입구 찾는대만 30분이 넘게 걸렸다. 위치를 미리 잘 확인하고 가는게 좋을듷... 그리고 방도 사이즈가 트리플룸 치고는 너무 작았고, 담배냄새도 많이 나는편이었다. 가격을 제외하고는 큰 메리트는 없는 호텔로 기억된다.

Staff was amazing. So accommodating. They took our luggage before our room was ready and had it waiting for us in our room. They helped us order dinner the 1st night as jet lag set in and our plans changed. Since our plans changed we did not have euros yet and they kindly exchanged for us. ALL staff greet you with a smile!

This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples.

Great deal, great rome, friendly staff. MariaLuisa was very helpful and made our stay wonderful. Not the best area for walking around but the room was an oasis in an otherwise hectic city. Really good breakfast.

The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Very close to airport. There is a good restaurant around the corner and the grocery shop is a 10 min walk.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and stress-free visit. The hotel/room itself was spotlessly clean. What truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable customer service. The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They recommended nearby restaurants, and even arranged a taxi to the city center. On our departure day, they thoughtfully organized a 4:00AM transport to the airport, making my travel smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

The property is going under construction for a massive upgrade. The staff is extremely friendly and there was breakfast provided in the mornings. The room we stayed in was clean and large! We stayed here since it was close to the airport and we flew in so late and they had a 24 hour reception desk. There is ample amount of parking if you have a car! I would recommend staying here as a great budget hotel near the airport. They offer bus shuttles for a flat price to/from the airport which is nice since the taxis from the airport would cost double to triple.

Hôtel loin du centre ville. Pas de transport en commun. Obligation de prendre un taxi chaque jour pour se deplacer.

Close to the airport, friendly statt, good breakfast, nicely renovated bathrooms ... but what's the deal with the old/dated/chipped furniture?

Had an issue with the wifi connection but after a few hours, they agreed to move us rooms. We were moved to a smoking room (we are a non smoking family) but it was for one night only and the wifi worked so I didn’t object (wifi needed for son’s school work). Loved the lights on the balcony at night!

Hotel bem conservado. Ótimo para quem estiver com carro, pois fica longe do centro. Café da manhã bom. Preços excelentes.

A very clean hotel and nice staff.

The stay ia value for money. If you are looking for a balanced stay then this is go to place. The service can be improved, cleanliness can be improved. The location is nice however if you are coming by car then according to the google map the entry to the hotel is at risky spot.

Good hotel for one-night stop over, conveniently located near Naples Airport (with car). Ample free parking. Although room furniture rather tired, clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had to check-out to go to Airport as breakfast service was just starting and member of staff kindly gave us food to take-away. Would stay again.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport.
