이탈리아 휴가중 나폴리 및 폼페이의 여행을 위해 선택한 호텔 유로파... 가격으로 선택을 함에 있어 가장 후회가 남는 호텔중 하나였다. 구글 지도에서 볼때와 다르게 나폴리 시내에서 너무 외곽에 위치하였으며, 가장황당한건, 내부 순환도로에서 호텔로 들어가는 입구가 있다는 것이었다. 호텔 입구 찾는대만 30분이 넘게 걸렸다. 위치를 미리 잘 확인하고 가는게 좋을듷... 그리고 방도 사이즈가 트리플룸 치고는 너무 작았고, 담배냄새도 많이 나는편이었다. 가격을 제외하고는 큰 메리트는 없는 호텔로 기억된다.

Great staff, great property. Only issue we had was that mapping software didn’t know where the parking lot was. Once we figured that out, it was a lovely stay. Loved the breakfast too!

The staff was incredible. I arrived very weary from the trip and in need of several things. Staff assisted very kindly and compassionately throughout my stay. It was the best experience I had in Naples. I would stay there again.

The staff is most helpful. I can tell they are working hard to build a long-term success. I am happy I stayed here, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable hotel. Not very salubrious area! Traffic heavy in rush hour so took much longer than planned for morning flight, even though not far from the airport. Be warned! Would have preferred a shower to a jacuzzi in the bathroom, for a quick morning shower.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean, modern and recently renovated. Breakfast included with the price was very welcome. Would stay again.

From the moment we got there, we were greeted by a gentleman. I believe his name was DAEIN. He could see we were weatherworn, and he offered us both a cappuccino later. We wanted to get some food and he ordered it for us and he had us sit at one of the tables for the breakfast And he brought it to us. He added it onto our bill and made everything seamless. Also, all of the other persons were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for whoever is traveling there. It is only a couple miles from the airport and although it’s not near everything that’s downtown it is truly a Haven in that crazy city.

Staff was amazing. So accommodating. They took our luggage before our room was ready and had it waiting for us in our room. They helped us order dinner the 1st night as jet lag set in and our plans changed. Since our plans changed we did not have euros yet and they kindly exchanged for us. ALL staff greet you with a smile!

This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples.

Great deal, great rome, friendly staff. MariaLuisa was very helpful and made our stay wonderful. Not the best area for walking around but the room was an oasis in an otherwise hectic city. Really good breakfast.
