I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was great overall, and I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. My only small issue was that the shower was a bit too small. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again!

Excellent location. We stepped off the ferry and in through the doors of the hotel, into a beautifully furnished and air-conditioned foyer. A very warm welcome awaited us and we were able to check in and access room immediately. Clean room with air conditioning was most welcome. Access to private outdoor pool and sun lounger area was excellent; we got loungers with a view of the lake!
Breakfast was tasty with range of hot and cold foods available.
Easy access to walking along the shoreline of Bellagio.
Highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect location to port. Beautiful breakfast and views from room and front of hotel. Lobby was great for waiting for gathering. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Elevator broke down on day of checkout - bringing bags down was easy with wide staircase. 100% recommend for family of 3.

선착장 근처라 거리적으로는 좋았습니다만, 방음이 전혀되지않은 호텔입니다. 옆장에서 말하는소리가 또렷하게 들릴정도이며 새벽에 옆방에서 밤새 고성과 싸움소리 노는소리 웃는소리로 밤잠을 설쳤고 호텔측에 방변경을 요청하였지만 조치하겠다고 하였지만 크게 나아지지않았습니다. 냉장고도 없습니다. 조식은 마음에 들었습니다

I have been in Europe, France , Germany, Switzerland and Italy for 3 weeks and this was the very worst hotel, staff and amenities I've seen. The staff was not at all helpful , downright rude and obnoxious . They controlled the AC in the rooms from the office . I turn it to 20 C and 10 minutes later its at 33 C . Teh entire stay even after I requested 3 times for them to leave it alone. The last time I demanded, and they still did not listen. The management and staff do not care . They care about one thing and one thing only , MONEY. I will never ever Stay here again and I suggest no one else does either . Go somewhere else. There are plenty of choices in Bellagio.

Check-in was easy and the room was always clean. The cleaning staff are excellent. It was warm in Bellagio the three nights we stayed and our air conditioner was not working properly. The fan could only run on low and not medium or high and was not able to cool, even with the shade down at night. The front desk staff stated that they didn't have any fans that we could use to supplement the air movement in the room.
Breakfast was ok- there are better options around the hotel and food is reasonably priced. Same with coffee- I suggest getting espresso from another location. The best part of the hotel is the pool. It's in a nice location, there's some shaded area around the lounges and the water was blissfully cool. All that said, we would stay again as the heat is beyond the control of the hotel. The location is great, but I recommend coming off-season as it can get crowded with tourists.

Rooms need a little upgrading, AC was struggling and the mattress was closer to an ironing board. Breakfast compared to other hotels we stayed at was somewhat bland. Location was fantastic and convenient. Pool was a good added amenity to get some respite from the summer heat

Estuvimos solo 1 noche en 2 habitaciones, en una de ellas el AA lo enfrió, se le pidió apoyo al personal y entre sus respuestas fueron, que el hotel estaba lleno y esa podía ser la razón, cada habitación tiene su propio AA, para nosotros fue que No quiso dar el servicio porque era en la noche, sufrimos de calor y estuvimos muy incomodos, los colchones muy incomodos, los resortes se sentían, la regadera muy pero muy pequeña, en general no estuvo cómodo. Buena ubicación

The location is beautiful and we had a lake view room. Staff was very helpful. Sink drained slow in bathroom. We dealt with it but didn’t report it until our departure. Hotel dining immediately in front of the hotel and overlooking the lake was excellent as was staff. The lift(elevator) broke but they had it fixed within a couple of hours. The shower was small. Overall excellent hotel and would stay there again.

The room was great-very clean, excellent views of the marina, staff was very kind and helpful and our only suggestion would be that the breakfast could use a little more options. We found it a bit underwhelming and ended up seeking food elsewhere. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property!

A beautiful and traditional hotel which was right on the promenade by the water. A few hundred yards from the ferry. Great staff, lovely rooms, nice little pool and a decent buffet breakfast. Look no further!
