조식이 너무 초라합니다..

역과 가까워서 이동이 쉽지만 캐리어끌고가는데 다소 어려움. 아주 작은 엘리베이터로 짐을 옮겨야합니다(암호가 필요함) 오래된 역사적인곳이라 어느정도 감안해야함.

Services were excellent. They helped me park near the hotel in person.

I booked a QUAD ROOM explained as offering TWO queen sized beds. But they gave us a different room with only one queen bed and a sofa bed. They said Hotels.com website showed random pictures so we got the different room from what I have seen. And added that we are only three people family , they gave the smaller room even though I paid fully for the Quad room. How deceiving and rude! And the room was terribly in bad condition. When we first entered the room, the temperature on the airconditioner showed that 35°C which was 95°F and I asked how to turn it on. The owner said it is automatically on and and asked us if 35°C is ok with us!!! Of course we said no and asked 25°C and he called "some technician" and he said that the temperature can be adjusted "online"! The window did not close completely, the room was facing the nosiy street and the outer wall was under construction. You will hear cars honking, motorbikes brooming, and people shouting, singing and fighting even after 2am. And at 8am, the construction workers started hammering just to the wall of the room. Water spilled from the shower booth door and the card key did not work, but the reception is empty after evening, it was not easy to get help. We changed to another room next day, but it had the same problem with the shower, window, and the card key. I paid the city tax when checking out, but he didn't give me the receipt saying that he will send it by email, but of course he did not.

방이 굉장히 넓었습니다. 4인 가족이 각각 싱글베드에서 정말 넓직하게 잤습니다. 역에서는 매우 가까우나, 주변이 살짝 뒷골목 같은 느낌이었습니다. 그래도, 스탭들도 친절하고 조식도 괜찮았습니다.

위치, 직원 친절도 등 대체적으로 좋았으나 호텔 입구 찾기가 약간 어려웠고 샤워실에서 물이 밖으로 흘러나오는 것이 다소 불편하였음

This was great for a family of 4. Breakfast was fresh, lots of choice and as much as you wanted. The room was clean and spacious, nice view to Florence houses around. Convenient to the train station and sights.

Cons: We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The first time we saw the room was immediately a disappointment, is nothing close to what the pictures show. The room was very small, no natural light, no opportunity to open the outside window. In terms of cleanliness was poor, the smell to detergent, cleaning products and deodorant spray was unbelievable. Our nose started hurting after 5 minutes of being in the room. We asked the manager to look after this and their answer was “I can’t do anything, sorry”. That is no the customer service we expect at a hotel. Be careful about bringing tons of luggage, the property has an elevator but is tiny and very slow, probably you’ll need to take the stairs always. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families. Just solo travelers and couples. Pros: Good area, close to restaurants, coffee shops, main attractions of the city and the train station.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, near to train station. Breakfast was a good spread, and a nice way to start the day.

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Stanza abbastanza grande e pulita. La colazione non è ricchissima anche perché la sala colazione è abbastanza piccola ma è comunque di buon livello. Ci ritornerei volentieri

Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable para descansar y conocer la ciudad, el desayuno estuvo excelente y el personal muy bien.

Everything was great especially with Sherry and the other young lady at breakfast. But the elevator being broken didn’t help my 82-yr old father when going up to the 2nd floor.

The hotel is near to the train station and close to Cathedral Santa Maria Fiore, the rooms ha enough space and are very clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is basic but enough to start the day, the personal is very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this hotel
