there is no elevator and not good cleanning

Hotel lombardia was our favorite stay throughout our week in Italy. It is located in a great central area. The staff were kind and helpful as needed. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the charm of the building and breakfast was great!

朝一番に美術館の予約をしていたため、８時からの朝ごはんは食べれませんでした。チェックアウト時に荷物を預かってもらうときに、ちらっと見た朝食メニューは、クロワッサンが美味しそうでした😊 チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりも気軽にしてくれます。 女性2人でダブルルームに泊まったのですが、シャワールームがガラスだったため、部屋から丸見えなのはいただけませんでした。部屋はキレイでした。

Room was hot. Could have used a fan or something to help with that. The bathroom was interesting with the see through shower from the bedroom. Main thing I didn’t like is the signage did not stand out. We walked from the train station to the address provided by Expedia. No hotel. After speaking with the front desk staff member over WhatsApp several times he helped guide us to the correct location. It was closer to the train station than where Expedias map told us but the aggregation of dragging luggage all over the place attempting to locate the hotel was a 1 star rating for that. Old school key to lock the door vs digital key but that wasn’t an issue just noting it.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff took my bags up to the 4th floor upon check in. Everyday your room was cleaned. It was quiet at night. The rooms are spacious. Yes the bed is two twin bed and this is normal in EU. I slept very well and the location for perfect! I was nearby the train station, buses and the city itself is walkable. I would rebook here anytime. The breakfast was minimal but tasty and fresh. There is a server there for coffee making and clean up. I will say this stay is not ADA or accessibility friendly. It is a walk up building meaning there are 5 floors and no elevator. The staff allows baggage holding after check out as well.

The location of the hotel was excellent. If you have mobility issues this is mot the hotel for you as there is no lift. Our room was on the 3rd floor. There are alot of steps to navigate. We arrived after the reception was closed. Excellent instructions on how to enter the property. Our keys were where they said they would be. The room was very compact. The bathroom was clean. The room was dated and required maintenance. The breakfast options were very limited and no hot food options. What really stood out for this hotel was its location. The tram stop was a few minutes walk away. Its surrounded by restaurants and shops. It is a very tired hotel but the location is excellent. If we'd arrived during the reception opening hours we would have requested a room on the lower floors. If you are looking just for a place to sleep and shower this is an excellent option.

You did not get the feeling that this was a hotel. The shower did not work as other guests have commented. The water was extremely hot and you could not regulate it.

No tiene ascensor

Great location, This is an older building no elevator. Staff was very nice. Clean. Breakfast options were good. Bed was uncomfortable could use some updates. Poor lighting in the rooms.

Stayed here on short notice, it worked well enough but wouldn’t choose to stay here longer. They didn’t provide any soap, shampoo or anything else for the bathroom. The room was quite cold and didn’t have a second blanket.

The hotel was overall good! My only complaint is the mattress was very uncomfortable, but it was clean and close to everything.

No elevator

Get hotel. Felt safe and knowledgeable staff. Very clean!

Quarto excelente. Funcionários agradáveis, super dispostos a ajudar. Limpeza impecável. Localização excelente, perto de tudo, inclusive da estação de trem. Só um ponto deve ser ressaltado: não tem elevador. Voltaria, com certeza.

Great location

Photos at Expedia are way better than reality

To be fair, this hotel is really well located and reasonably priced for the area. It really is ideally placed to access the sites of Florence. We only stayed one night, which was enough. The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was functional, but cleanliness of the floor in the bedroom was grim - definitely bring something to wear in your feet..

Muy buena ubicacion

The staff was not very friendly, we didn´t see a smile throughout the stay. Lots of noise from the street impaired the sleep.

Staff were friendly. Close to train station & centre. 3rd floor room with no lift with suitcases wasn’t ideal but manageable. The breakfast area a bit cramped. Our in room safe didn’t work- told the staff but it wasn’t repaired during our 3 night stay. Also no replacement of tea & coffee or water in the room during our stay. Overall good as long as you can handle stairs. Great location for exploring.
