작지만 알찬 호텔입니다. 무료 조식도 아주 좋습니다. 특히 커피가 아주 맛있었습니다.

It is a pretty hotel with accent pink in their interior. The water pressure is good (to shampoo long hair). Staffs were friendly and they have valet parking service which was very convient. One thing occurred inconvenience for me was the scent. The room had a very strong smell of perfume or air freshener which caused a serious headache and didn't disappeared even after 1 hour of opening the window. I asked to the front desk but they didn't suggest any solution... I hope the hotel check the problem and not to have any other customers who have same problem.

This is a beautiful hotel like a hidden gem. Unlike the exterior of the building, it is very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly. What's unfortunate is the fast checkout time and sound insulation. We had to get up early because of the cleaning noise from 8:00 in the morning. Except this, all are satisfied.

Staff very helpful. As single traveler I did not like the entrance or the location in an old building

This hotel is not a “hotel” in the traditional sense. The door to enter the building is a wicket door, which was our first safety concern, as I hit my head on it exiting the building. The hotel rooms are on the second floor of the building. There is a front counter, but the staff working there did not typically even look up as guests entered or left. The second safety concern is in the room, there are cut out steps leading down to the balcony within the actual hotel room. As in, part of the floor just disappears in front of the curtains. Our son fell here while walking and luckily wasn’t hurt. The hotel room itself is nicely decorated, and the hotel breakfast was decent. Unfortunately our sleeping was not great. The walls are thin, allowing both street noise, and noise from the front desk (we could hear the phone ringing, as well as sound from videos that the staff were watching). There are no blackout curtains, which lets a lot of street lamp light into the room during the night. All in all, while the room was pretty, the logistics made it difficult to enjoy the stay.

Perfectly located and such good value for money. Breakfast great staff lovely and the little touches were appreciated. Straighteners curling wand etc. Lovely balcony to watch the world go by

Ottima posizione, personale molto cordiale

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hidden gem. To begin, it is through a door in plain sight, but you can't tell which one, which makes it fun. You have to be buzzed in by the hotel that gives you an extra layer of security. The lobby is beautiful with a stunning chandelier. Our room was spacious with THREE balconies. The tub was extremely large. The room was very clean and well-appointed including a curling iron, and clothing iron. The shower was so cool. It was up a few stairs and behind a glass wall by the head of the bed. The location is great because you only have to walk a few blocks in any direction to get to the areas of interest.

Staff was awesome, hotel is centrally located.

Stay was good for the most part. It's not a freestanding hotel, more like a b and b. Convenient location and the main street is safe but some of the side streets felt sketchy at night. Staff mostly good but new guy the first night knocked on our door at 11 pm bc he needed our passports again (copies didn't print the first time).

Place was charming and different

Good WiFi, friendly staff, yummy breakfast included, close to multiple modes of transportation, and comfortable beds!

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Frühstücksauswahl. Leider sind die Zimmer SEHR laut, man hört jedes Wort durch Wände und Tür

It’s an unusual small hotel tucked away behind an old set of doors in central Naples. I loved it. It helps if you like pink, it’s very pink. I also loved Naples itself.
