작지만 알찬 호텔입니다. 무료 조식도 아주 좋습니다. 특히 커피가 아주 맛있었습니다.

It is a pretty hotel with accent pink in their interior. The water pressure is good (to shampoo long hair). Staffs were friendly and they have valet parking service which was very convient. One thing occurred inconvenience for me was the scent. The room had a very strong smell of perfume or air freshener which caused a serious headache and didn't disappeared even after 1 hour of opening the window. I asked to the front desk but they didn't suggest any solution... I hope the hotel check the problem and not to have any other customers who have same problem.

This is a beautiful hotel like a hidden gem. Unlike the exterior of the building, it is very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly. What's unfortunate is the fast checkout time and sound insulation. We had to get up early because of the cleaning noise from 8:00 in the morning. Except this, all are satisfied.

Chegamos de carro e tivemos dificuldade em encontrar o hotel. Tem apenas uma placa pequena na faxada de um prédio antigo em que o hotel fica no primeiro andar. Cama queen com colchão bastante macio.

Property was very noisy, situated on a main road. Much better soundproofing needed, between room & road and between room & neighbouring rooms/corridors

The entrance to the building is very old and unusual 9onve u get to the apartment it is ok .the lift is so small but we managed to get in it .overall it is a good value

The morning, breakfast area and breakfast was amazing!

A very modern Hotel lots of pink & white we had junior suite with spa bath in the room very spacious 3 balconies. overlooking the main street and side street , it was convenient to walk to the middle of the Historic Centre ,you are in the Historic centre but not right in the middle which is good as its very busy and loud , the staff were very helpful , and the rooms are spotlessly clean , we walked everywhere its around 15/20 min to the harbour to get the ferry to Sorrento and other places , if you want to visit i suggest you buy your passes at the station on lower level of the central station .or on line , it was a very good place to stay you do need your sat nav maps as it makes things much easier whsn you leave hotel most places are only 15/25 min walk from hotel . .....good for couples as well as families ...

Overall good stay, property is a bit old, staff is welcoming and nice. If you want to experience authentic Naples experience location is perfect but will have to give up on some of the leisure’s of a complete 4 star hotel experience

If we did not take taxi, it would be difficult for us to find it because hotel sign/logo is too small.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und sehr gut gestaltet. Leider wurden uns am 2. Tag von dem Reinigungspersonal Kosmetikartikel im Wert von 100,00 Euro entwendet. Bei dem Nachfragen an der Rezeption wurden wir noch von einem frechen Jungen Mann beschuldige, dass wir diese Artikel selber verlegt hatten. Keine Entschuldigung noch Bedauern noch Wiedergutmachung. Die Dame an der Rezeption wurde von diesem Mann angewiesen nichts zu unternehmen noch Ihren Namen zu nennen. Am Tag der Abreise fehlte uns auch ein Getränk. Das Frühstück wurde nicht aufgefüllt, vor allem das Obst nicht. Wo sind die Melonen ,die es überall gibt? Kein Orangensaft. Wir haben dann lieber in einer Bar in der Stadt gefrühstückt. Das Hotel ist bemüht gut zu sein , aber da fehlt es an Empathie für Dinge die nicht akzeptabel sind.

We enjoyed our stay very much here. The hotel staff were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Our only concern was that we could hear the noise from the streets outside the hotel, but not enough so that we couldn’t sleep completely. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking is available but it is only valet parking for an extra fee. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are interested in exploring the city of Naples.

Gostamos das acomodações. O mais difícil é achar o hotel. Boa localização, em Nápoles fizemos tudo a pé.

Convenient location room was okay ensuite very small. But had unrestful night due to football match relentless and on going pre and post match celebration. It lasted upto 3pm ! So disrespectful to others.
