호텔 플라자 페스카라

창문이 삐그덕거려 여닫기 힘들었고 비둘기 똥이 창문턱에 쌓여있어 불쾌했다. 커튼이 더러웠다.4성급이라고 해서 예약했는데 시설이 2성급수준이고 샤워기가 찬물이 나왔다 온수가 나왔다하고 수압도 약해 샤워하기 몹시몹시몹시 불편함. 좋은점은 센트럴에서 가깝고 성당이 옆에있어 좋음.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect, with the train station, the beach and plenty of shopping just a short walk away. The housekeeping and breakfast were both excellent. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Thank you, Plaza, for a fantastic stay✨

The front desk staff seemed to be annoyed that we were guests. The breakfast room staff was also very annoyed that there were guests. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The "carpet" in the rooms was gross, it was very old and matted down, I'm not sure it could even be vacuumed. My room had the shower head sticking out past the glass partition, so the bathroom floor got wet and flooded after each shower. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and this time the experience was not as pleasant as before. For our last day we asked for a breakfast box because we had to leave before the breakfast started, and we were informed there would be a charge. But....we could go to the "Hospitality Room" and get a few snacks there.....this was the first time we had been told about the Hospitality Room, and we had been there over a week!!! Will probably stay somewhere else next time in Pescara!

It was a lovely clean hotel with a nice breakfast and good coffee and located perfectly for access to restaurants, shops and the beach. Safe extremely kind and helpful also. Would stay again.

I stayed at the Hotel Plaza 3 or 4 years ago and loved it; this time, not so much. It is in a great location, the housekeeping staff does a great job, and the breakfast has a pretty good variety. However, the property is rather shabby; the rooms need repainting and the carpet in the room needs to be replaced; I don't think even a good cleaning would help it. After a week's stay, we had an early plane to catch and asked if a breakfast box could be arranged as we would be leaving before breakfast. We were pretty much told no because the breakfast was included in the cost of the room so we hadn't paid extra for it. Instead, we were told to pick up some items from the hospitality bar which we hadn't known existed until that moment. This little room has coffee and snacks available to the guests and the reception clerk should have told us about this on our arrival, but didn't. If we hadn't asked for breakfast boxes on our last day, we would never had known about it. In general, reception was less than helpful and seemed to resent it every time we asked a question, so we stopped asking. There are a few other hotels in this location and I might try one of those next time I go to Pescara.

Excellent location, solid amenities, easy self parking nearby, decent continental breakfast (with very good espresso). No complaints. I would stay here again next time :)

2 night stay, good clean rooms, great location for getting around, car park as well, nothing really to complain about, good breakfast in the morning with staff able to assist if needed anything. Was our 3rd stay so that speaks volumes 👍

On arrival we had a great restaurant recommendation which was perfect. On departure we had a flat battery and Davidd came to the rescue. Saved our holiday!!! Grazie per tutto
