Amazing location in a vibrant plaza just a few blocks from the beach and near many shops and great restaurants. Desk staff was very nice and helpful. They have their own parking lot for you. Great breakfast - huge spread with many options. Can't say enough great things about this place.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect, with the train station, the beach and plenty of shopping just a short walk away. The housekeeping and breakfast were both excellent. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Thank you, Plaza, for a fantastic stay✨

Parcheggio e location difficilmente raggiungibili in auto in quanto zona pedonale. La reception ci ha informato di un parcheggio che non abbiamo trovato in zona non a traffico limitato. Struttura centralissima posizione ottima ma malgrado tutto direi cara la camera in quanto purtroppo la tappezzeria sporca e di conseguenza la camera con un cagnolino più di 150 euro in quanto malgrado bello il contesto camere non decorose in base all’hotel 4 stelle. Colazione sufficiente. Personale cortese. Sono stata bene comunque sono stata a mio agio peccato davvero perché letto comodo doccia spaziosa. Camere da rivedere tra tappezzeria da togliere e rifare o pitturare, porte un po’ datate. Ski c’è un cartello con scritto che c’è, ma non c’era proprio lo streaming con prime o Netflix. Non ho chiesto informazioni - voto complessivo 7 ma potrebbe arrivare anche a 10 con un pizzico di impegno in quanto per tante caratteristiche la struttura nelle parti comuni è notevole.

The front desk staff seemed to be annoyed that we were guests. The breakfast room staff was also very annoyed that there were guests. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The "carpet" in the rooms was gross, it was very old and matted down, I'm not sure it could even be vacuumed. My room had the shower head sticking out past the glass partition, so the bathroom floor got wet and flooded after each shower. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and this time the experience was not as pleasant as before. For our last day we asked for a breakfast box because we had to leave before the breakfast started, and we were informed there would be a charge. But....we could go to the "Hospitality Room" and get a few snacks there.....this was the first time we had been told about the Hospitality Room, and we had been there over a week!!! Will probably stay somewhere else next time in Pescara!

I stayed at the Hotel Plaza 3 or 4 years ago and loved it; this time, not so much. It is in a great location, the housekeeping staff does a great job, and the breakfast has a pretty good variety. However, the property is rather shabby; the rooms need repainting and the carpet in the room needs to be replaced; I don't think even a good cleaning would help it. After a week's stay, we had an early plane to catch and asked if a breakfast box could be arranged as we would be leaving before breakfast. We were pretty much told no because the breakfast was included in the cost of the room so we hadn't paid extra for it. Instead, we were told to pick up some items from the hospitality bar which we hadn't known existed until that moment. This little room has coffee and snacks available to the guests and the reception clerk should have told us about this on our arrival, but didn't. If we hadn't asked for breakfast boxes on our last day, we would never had known about it. In general, reception was less than helpful and seemed to resent it every time we asked a question, so we stopped asking. There are a few other hotels in this location and I might try one of those next time I go to Pescara.
