테르미니 역에서 택시로 15분 걸렸고, 도보2분 거리에 택시 승강장이 있어 매우 편리.
프론트 데스크 직원들도 친절한 편이고, 레스토랑 직원들도 매우 친절.
아침 조식 맛있으며, 206호 침실 매우 깨끗하고 서울 특1급 호텔 수준의 룸컨디션.
호텔에서 로마 다빈치호텔까지 총알택시로 20분 걸렸음.

전반적으로 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 처음에는 생각보다 작아 실망했지만 직원들이 친절하고 조식이 굉장히 깔끔했습니다. 루프탑 저녁식사는 물이 너무 비쌌습니다. 한 병에 8천원 정도 합니다. 와이파이가 공짜여서 좋았습니다

The hotel was luxurious. My wife enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer and straightener. The bathroom was spacious and the room was clean. The adjustable bed made sleeping perfect. The service was impeccable. The staff paid attention to details and answered all of our questions. The restaurant was amazing with a rooftop view.

Hotel Raphaël
Wow! Where should I begin! This hotel is completely over the top! We were treated like royalty at every turn! Every one of the staff members in this hotel is amazing! As much as I’d like to name them all, let me say Mary and Paloma at the front desk were incredible!
Our room was truly 5 star, and so spacious! Breakfast was wonderful! Everyone was kind and courteous! One street off Piazza Navona, and close to all other attractions. We will NEVER stay in any other hotel in Rome again!

Stayed two nights in early July and had a near perfect experience. The staff are wonderful - so friendly and helpful with reservations etc. The hotel is immaculate, with fresh, well-designed rooms. There is a wonderful patio bar/restaurant on the roof with amazing views of the city. With its central location you can walk pretty much everywhere. We had a terrific stay here. Highly, highly recommended.

The hotel was clean, well located, and overall. However, the bed was not as comfortable as expected, and construction work inside the property started at 8 AM, making it hard to rest in the morning. Still, the staff was kind and professional, and the experience was generally good.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at they were very courteous helped with whatever I needed took care of us always cheerful. It was a wonderful place. I cannot say a bad thing at all about it. They were a great place. I would refer this hotel to anyone and we will return again. This will be the only place I’ll stay in room.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding English speaking support services at the front desk. They were so helpful with dinner reservations, transportation, everything. It was also in a great central location to walk to everything. Had a fun vibe around the area too. I had also emailed them prior to arrival to confirm transportation options, dinner reservations, etc. and they were so responsive and accommodating! Great all around. I would definitely stay again.

The Raphaël Hôtel is an insitution for travelers in love with a real experience of dolce vita.
Everything was perfect from the art collection to the music during breakfast.
We had the chance to stay in the fabulous Richard Meier Executive Corner Suite.
Will be back soon
