나보나 광장에서 굉장히 가깝습니다. 바티칸,스페인광장,판테온 등에 가실거면 추천합니다. 고풍스럽고 직원들이 프로패셔널합니다. 추천합니다.

전반적으로 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 처음에는 생각보다 작아 실망했지만 직원들이 친절하고 조식이 굉장히 깔끔했습니다. 루프탑 저녁식사는 물이 너무 비쌌습니다. 한 병에 8천원 정도 합니다. 와이파이가 공짜여서 좋았습니다

초등 아이 두명을 포함한 4인가족이 이용. 라보나 광장 바로 옆이라, 맛있는 레스토랑들이 주변에 많다. 테르미니 역에서 택시로 15분 걸렸고, 도보2분 거리에 택시 승강장이 있어 매우 편리. 프론트 데스크 직원들도 친절한 편이고, 레스토랑 직원들도 매우 친절. 아침 조식 맛있으며, 206호 침실 매우 깨끗하고 서울 특1급 호텔 수준의 룸컨디션. 호텔에서 로마 다빈치호텔까지 총알택시로 20분 걸렸음.

We stayed at the Raphaël two nights. Thanks to professional and friendly staff, our memories in Rome were perfect. Excellent location, fabulous room, wonderful breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Raphael. The location is perfect for exploring Rome's main sites with the Colosseum and Vatican being within walking distance. The room was large, clean and had plenty of storage. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Giving 4 stars rather than 5 due to the limited vegan options at breakfast. Also no allergens/ingredients are displayed on the buffet breakfast items to be able to try and work out which food items may be vegan. As a Vegetarian hotel it would be great if there was more options for vegans who chose to stay.

zum Frühstück gibt es ausschlisslich fleischlose Kost. Gleiches gilt für das Restaurant.. Wir haben bei der Buchung übersehen,daß es hier nur vegetarisch und vegan zugeht. lässt sich aber aushalten

Incredible Staff goes out of their way for guests and make you feel special. Will definitely come back next time we are in Rome.
