Great service, great location, a lot of people in the reviews mentioned how difficult it was to locate the place.. it’s really self explanatory. The only thing is you have to buzz in to get into the building which can be annoying. But I really enjoyed my stay and will be coming back!

Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, und es ist irreführend und unseriös, es als solches zu bewerben. Das grenzt an Täuschung. Das erste Zimmer, das mir zugewiesen wurde, war winzig und roch penetrant nach Frittierfett/Küchendunst, so stark, dass an Schlaf überhaupt nicht zu denken war. Ich musste sofort um ein anderes Zimmer bitten. Das gesamte Gebäude ist in einem deutlich heruntergekommenen Zustand. Die Einrichtung wirkt improvisiert, billig und steht in keinem Verhältnis zu einem angeblichen 4-Sterne-Standard. Die Zimmer haben absolut nichts mit den Fotos auf der Website zu tun. Die Darstellung online ist schlichtweg irreführend und schafft Erwartungen, die in keiner Weise erfüllt werden. Es ist unverständlich, wie dieses Hotel unter diesen Bedingungen weiterhin als 4-Sterne-Unterkunft geführt werden kann. Das sollte dringend überprüft werden.

It would have been good however 1) was sold as an hotel but in fact is a b&b. 2)have been told that reception was 247 but was not. 3) the day I left there was nobody at the reception and THE WAY OUT WAS LOCKED. This is unacceptable especially for safety reasons. Please imagine if we had to escape a fire. I want my money back

L'hôtel est bien placé, il est design, mais malheureusement il n'est pas entretenu. Nous avions 1 douche défaillante, l'échangeur douche était manquant, nous avons demandé à avoir la douchette qui fonctionne, le personnel est arrivé avec 1 pince et a changé simplement le mode. La déco des lettres en tête de lit est tout abîmée, les ampoules des lampes de chevet ne sont pas adaptées et éblouissent...et le petit déjeuner très insuffisant, et dans une pièce sans fenêtre. La literie n'est pas vraiment confortable. Par contre le personnel est vraiment très serviable et gentil.

The entrance to the hotel is very weird and creepy, it’s in a weird old building with other businesses. Super hard to find it in the huge building. Very creepy, there was no one else other than us. Couldn’t stay the night left after 10 mins from our arrival and they didn’t accept to do any refund for us! Don’t recommend it to anyone.

It is as others said, it's on the third floor of an office building. You take an elevator up from a courtyard. The place is clean. The breakfast was nice. The front desk is super and helpful. The area was safe and there was ao much in walking distance. The Metro was not far away either. I would stay again if it were a bit cheaper.

The room was modern and comfortable. Even though our room was facing Via Toledo, whem we closed the window, it was very quiet. On arrival, it was very hard to find the hotel. There isn't a big sign of the hotel name. We had to call the reception for help. I accept from a 4 star hotel to arrange a proper sign to help the guests finding the hotel. Breakfast: i can't even call it a continental Breakfast. The breakfast included small pieces of baguette, small pieces of cheese, small slices of salamy, several cakes that weren't eateble. From the second morning we had our breakfast outside. If the category is 4 star hotel, the hotel can't serve this kind of breakfast.

Hotel bem localizado, perto da Via Toledo, porém em um prédio bem antigo mas o quarto me atendeu bem porque eu só fiquei 1 noite. O hotel fica em um andar de um prédio e na entrada não tem nenhuma indicação que ali é o hotel. A entrada do prédio é bem bagunçada e um pouco abandonada. Eu indico esse hotel pela localização dele. O atendimento da recepção foi maravilhoso. Uma única coisa que não funcionou bem foi o ar condicionado do hotel. Eu indico para uma curta viagem pela localização desse hotel.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It could be hard to find/access because it’s inside an old building. It was quiet in the room even tho it is in a busy street. The room was large and had ample storage space. Bed/pillows could be better and shower was tiny. AC worked well but didnt cool as much

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. L’hôtel est dans une position idéale pour visiter la ville. Points négatifs : le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Les produits proposés sont industriels sans aucun intérêt (c’est bien dommage) et la climatisation dans la chambre est à revoir.

O hotel fica em um andar de um prédio e na entrada não tem nenhuma indicação que ali é o hotel. A entrada do prédio é bem bagunçada e um pouco abandonada. Eu indico esse hotel pela localização dele. O atendimento da recepção foi maravilhoso. Uma única coisa que não funcionou bem foi o ar condicionado do hotel. Eu indico para uma curta viagem pela localização desse hotel.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It could be hard to find/access because it’s inside an old building. It was quiet in the room even tho it is in a busy street. The room was large and had ample storage space. Bed/pillows could be better and shower was tiny. AC worked well but didnt cool as much

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. L’hôtel est dans une position idéale pour visiter la ville. Points négatifs : le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Les produits proposés sont industriels sans aucun intérêt (c’est bien dommage) et la climatisation dans la chambre est à revoir.
