Great staff who are very flexible.

Fantastiskt hotell med bra läge för att upptäcka neapel.Underbar och trevlig personal. Enda nackdel är att det är lite lyhört från korridoren till rummen.( rum vid frukostserveringen)

The entrance to the hotel is very weird and creepy, it’s in a weird old building with other businesses. Super hard to find it in the huge building. Very creepy, there was no one else other than us. Couldn’t stay the night left after 10 mins from our arrival and they didn’t accept to do any refund for us! Don’t recommend it to anyone.

It is as others said, it's on the third floor of an office building. You take an elevator up from a courtyard. The place is clean. The breakfast was nice. The front desk is super and helpful. The area was safe and there was ao much in walking distance. The Metro was not far away either. I would stay again if it were a bit cheaper.

Equipe muito atenciosa e gentil. Hotel bem localizado. Apenas o café da manhã poderia ser melhorado, com maior quantidade de frutas (e reposição das mesmas) e café a vontade.

The location is very good. The staff are nice & friendly. I would stay there again

The staff was really kind and friendly, the location is very good, but the hotel is not on a good condition. We had no hot water for one day, the room is old, the breakfast is poor.

The room was modern and comfortable. Even though our room was facing Via Toledo, whem we closed the window, it was very quiet. On arrival, it was very hard to find the hotel. There isn't a big sign of the hotel name. We had to call the reception for help. I accept from a 4 star hotel to arrange a proper sign to help the guests finding the hotel. Breakfast: i can't even call it a continental Breakfast. The breakfast included small pieces of baguette, small pieces of cheese, small slices of salamy, several cakes that weren't eateble. From the second morning we had our breakfast outside. If the category is 4 star hotel, the hotel can't serve this kind of breakfast.

Hotel bem localizado, perto da Via Toledo, porém em um prédio bem antigo mas o quarto me atendeu bem porque eu só fiquei 1 noite. O hotel fica em um andar de um prédio e na entrada não tem nenhuma indicação que ali é o hotel. A entrada do prédio é bem bagunçada e um pouco abandonada. Eu indico esse hotel pela localização dele. O atendimento da recepção foi maravilhoso. Uma única coisa que não funcionou bem foi o ar condicionado do hotel. Eu indico para uma curta viagem pela localização desse hotel.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It could be hard to find/access because it’s inside an old building. It was quiet in the room even tho it is in a busy street. The room was large and had ample storage space. Bed/pillows could be better and shower was tiny. AC worked well but didnt cool as much

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. L’hôtel est dans une position idéale pour visiter la ville. Points négatifs : le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Les produits proposés sont industriels sans aucun intérêt (c’est bien dommage) et la climatisation dans la chambre est à revoir.

Alors, lors de notre arrivée très tardive (vol détourné vers Rome et arrivés à 5h du matin au lieu de 23h) nous avons été assez surpris du hall, en effet, l’hôtel occupe le troisième étage d’un ancien immeuble cossu de Naples La chambre nous a paru petite et la clim était bruyante, l’hôtel n’est pas un 4 étoiles de chez nous. Petit souci d’eau chaude le jeudi matin très vite réparé Passé ces premiers constats, les gens composant le personnel de cet hôtel sont vraiment charmants et très à l’écoute quelle que soit l’heure de la journée Le petit déjeuner est simple mais complet (merci pour le « doppio caffè 😊) servi par une personne très sympathique et souriante L’hôtel est très très bien placé, plein centre des rues actives et proche du port pour les excursions Nous avons eu droit à un cadeau de départ, très gentil Franchement, je conseille cet hôtel qui est à l’image de Naples Merci encore 😊

Great staff that was extremely helpful and corteous. Flexibility with breakfast time which was a plus. Nice balcony view on a very lively part of the city. Great location. Good air conditioning equipment in a very hot day. State of the property was ok and functional.

Great spot & comfy enough for 1 night. Very helpful staff. Despite renovation’s happening it was very quiet. Handy to restaurants & the cruise terminal

Die Untetkunft liegt direkt in der Altstadt, d.h. sehr zentral, auch nicht weit weg vom Hafen.. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Anblick des Hotels von Außen ist abschreckend, aber im Inneren ist es modern eingerichtet und sauber.

Staff were really lovely, kind and helpful. Location was absolutely brilliant. Nice breakfast. Super clean!! The intercom was broken for the first 2 days (weekend) of our stay and the only option was to call the hotel to get in, but neither of our phones would call the international number, so we had to wait until someone came out in order to get in, so in future, if it breaks, it might be worth thinking about an alternative option for international tourists. It was fixed asap on the Monday. Our room was quiet, even though on a busy very noisy street, the balcony doors were super soundproofed. We found a couple of issues with the room, the stand in shower didn't work and the fittings were loose, but there was another shower above the bath so we didn't mention it to the staff. The main thing we found odd was the lack of toilet door! We think it was intentional, but there were obvious holes in the walls for hinges where there may have been one in the past. For private people, the lack of a door may be a problem... we had a running joke throughout the holiday about "needing to make use of a door" for our more serious ablutions. Probably one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in, but make sure to keep things tidy and not to keep things on the floor (shoes, bags, washing) as they will be tidied away and moved. At the end of the stay we got a gift bag as well <3
