Excellent hotel, far beyond my high expectations! The location is perfect, but the hotel staff (front desk, kitchen, and cleaning staff) are the best—very kind and informative. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very impressive. Now, more details: The hotel is located in the Monti area, which is very safe and one of the new hot spots in Rome. From the hotel, major tourist sites, including the Colosseum, St. Maria Maggiore Cathedral, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and a metro station, are all within walking distance of just a few minutes. Even St. Peter’s Basilica, the Roman Forum, and the Pantheon are about a 30–40 minute walk away. Good restaurants and nice pizzerias (such as Trieste Pizza) are nearby. However, in addition to this excellent location, the staff at the hotel are really kind and helpful. Upon arrival, you are welcomed with glasses of sparkling Italian wine and a handwritten letter. If you are busy with your morning schedule, upon request, the hotel staff will prepare breakfast bags for you. I will definitely visit this hotel again whenever I visit Rome in the future. It was the best family-like hotel experience that only a small hotel can provide. We definitely recommend this hotel without any reservations!

반지하층으로 배정 받은 첫번째 방은 냄새나고 습하고 날파리가 많이 날라다녔어요... 클레임하고 날파리 제거 처리 후에도 2일째도 개선이 안되서 방 변경 요청하고 나서야 이틀을 훨씬 괘적한 방에서 보낼 수 있었습니다.클레임에 대한 직원들의 조치는 신속하고 친절해서 다행이었습니다.

This is an elegant and well appointed hotel. It’s relatively central and is accessible by foot to many of the attractions of Rome. But what I would really like to highlight is the service of the Staff. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. They made reservations, recommendations and even prepared a snack bag for us to take when we had to leave early one morning. This hotel has my full recommendation!

From the moment we arrived, this hotel provided a truly exceptional experience. I was immediately struck by the sleek, modern design and the overall feeling of "lean" efficiency - everything was thoughtfully placed and immaculately clean.
The staff truly made the stay memorable. We were greeted with genuine warmth and kindness, and to our surprise and delight, offered freshly made espressos upon arrival - a touch of personalized service that went above and beyond! We were also fortunate enough to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Breakfast was another highlight. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the selection was varied enough to satisfy any palate.
Overall, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic option for travelers who appreciate a blend of modern efficiency, exceptional service, and attention to detail. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Viminale. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
A special mention must go to Alessio and Debora from the breakfast team—both went above and beyond to make our mornings feel special. Alessio, in particular was incredibly kind and brightened up our morning. He impressed us by remembering our drinks order after the first morning and delivered our breakfast tea to our table before we even ordered them. That kind of attention to detail made a real difference.
In addition, the porter - unfortunately we did not get his name - was very attentive and helped us with our bags to the taxi upon departure. Thank you.
The hotel itself was spotless, with an impressive level of cleanliness throughout. The modern finishes and tasteful decor added a fresh, stylish touch while still maintaining a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
We would absolutely recommend Hotel Viminale to anyone visiting Rome and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Respasta sai aina apua niin ravintolan varaamiseen, kuin metrolla matkustamiseen. Huone oli tilava, korkea ja isoista ikkunoista avautui idyllinen Rooman kaupungin näky. Aamupala oli runsas ja erittäin herkullinen.

Excellent accueil (en français avec Leila et d’autres personnes). Service de niveau palace! Chambre bien équipée. Du grand silence pour dormir. Petit dej sucré et salé varié. Produits frais. Des terrasses au calme. Métro à 5’. Restaurant au bout de la rue et une gelateria artisanale à 5’.

The staff was soooo friendly and kind. The customer service was extraordinary!! Often surprised us every other day with fruit or cheese trays and champagne. The breakfast was excellent and had different choices daily. Great job!!! 10 out of 10
