Excellent hotel, far beyond my high expectations! The location is perfect, but the hotel staff (front desk, kitchen, and cleaning staff) are the best—very kind and informative. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very impressive. Now, more details: The hotel is located in the Monti area, which is very safe and one of the new hot spots in Rome. From the hotel, major tourist sites, including the Colosseum, St. Maria Maggiore Cathedral, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and a metro station, are all within walking distance of just a few minutes. Even St. Peter’s Basilica, the Roman Forum, and the Pantheon are about a 30–40 minute walk away. Good restaurants and nice pizzerias (such as Trieste Pizza) are nearby. However, in addition to this excellent location, the staff at the hotel are really kind and helpful. Upon arrival, you are welcomed with glasses of sparkling Italian wine and a handwritten letter. If you are busy with your morning schedule, upon request, the hotel staff will prepare breakfast bags for you. I will definitely visit this hotel again whenever I visit Rome in the future. It was the best family-like hotel experience that only a small hotel can provide. We definitely recommend this hotel without any reservations!

반지하층으로 배정 받은 첫번째 방은 냄새나고 습하고 날파리가 많이 날라다녔어요... 클레임하고 날파리 제거 처리 후에도 2일째도 개선이 안되서 방 변경 요청하고 나서야 이틀을 훨씬 괘적한 방에서 보낼 수 있었습니다.클레임에 대한 직원들의 조치는 신속하고 친절해서 다행이었습니다.

The service from the reception staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clear and very quiet, tucked away on a quiet street. Some excellent restaurants a short walk as recommended by staff. Not too far from the train station 10 to 15 min walk.

The hotel is new so it’s in excellent condition. The location is very good, close to everything but away from all the noise of Rome. We had a junior suite which gave us plenty of room. The breakfast is truly an Italian breakfast which is heavy on pastry and light on what a typical breakfast is such as eggs. Bacon, sausage and other meat is absent. My only complaint was on checkout I told the front desk I was going to the cruise port and had hired a car. The front desk person said to cancel my reservation because she could call a car less expensive but turned out to cost me 50 euros more.

this was an excellent place to stay. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was good. I particularly liked Jose the bartender, and we enjoyed a drink in the hand of cards practically every night in a very comfortable lounge with Jose making the drinks. We also really enjoyed the tours at the hotel sponsors. Mario, our tour guide, was excellent.

We had a great stay in Rome. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely courteous, and the Junior Suite was the perfect size for our family.
They kindly prepared a grab-and-go breakfast for our early flight back to the UK and even lent us an international plug when ours broke. We would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly, welcoming staff! Nice, clean facilities, including the bar and breakfast areas. Comfortable beds. Good amenities. Centrally located, which allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go within 15-20 minutes. Definitely recommended!

Such a lovely hotel set in a quiet street away from any hustle and bustle of the city.
We had checked in previously online before arriving so we were given our room very quickly. We chose to stay in a Standard room which was just right for our stay, more than enough room for us and decorated/furnished to an contemporary/well finished standard with everything that was necessary for our stay and housekeeping made sure that everything was made comfortable and refreshed for us on our return at the end of the day.
Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from, more than sufficient for our needs, maybe meat free but served us well.
We had a few drinks in the bar area in the evening, found the pricing to be competitive and a nice chill atmosphere, must be lovely in the summer to sit out on one of the terraces. On leaving we had an early bus and needed to leave the hotel at 7am when breakfast starts, requested a snack to eat on the way, no problem and gratefully received.
I always search for ages when booking a place to stay and Hotel Viminale came out tops for us, amazing hotel with professional friendly staff.
