Amazing customer service

Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, cappuccino's were very delicious. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel, very clean and good location, close to train station and walkable to many important sites. Staff was great, five stars, Yamish was awesome at the front desk, very welcoming. Would definitely be returning.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Viminale. The hotel itself was excellent - wonderfully appointed, clean, beyond comfortable. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel was centrally located to many major sites in Rome. I would absolutely stay here again.

The bartender Jose was awesome !! After walking all day, he would make me chamomile tea to help me relax and have a good night's sleep. Everyone was very kind to me and made me delicious cappuccinos. The room had a beautiful view, and the bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and a comfortable mattress. A bonus was the mirror in the bathroom for doing my makeup. The hotel is close to Termini Station and the Central Market, where I ate the best pasta with truffles!

All the staff are very helpful and friendly, making my stay welcoming and easy. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel. My room was comfortable. Staff recommended authentic places to eat, close by to the hotel, with a tourist map of the must see places to visit (:

Second time staying at Hotel Viminale and it was as wonderful and memorable as the first. The room was nice and cozy with windows overlooking the street outside. The staff are very kind and attentive, and very, very helpful in navigating Rome. I love the little free tours they offer that give you taste of the different neighborhoods and attractions around Rome. Very convenient for walking to most of the main attractions around Rome, and lots of restaurants to try. Breakfast there is amazing! From sweet to savory offerings and everything in between. The rooftop was a favorite place to hang out at night, sharing a glass of wine with my SO and just admiring the view. Will be back and am anxious to try their other properties when we visit other areas of Italy.

Great stylish boutique hotel in the center of Rome. Close to most of the best sites and great dining options. Friendly, efficient staff and very comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommended.

Great capuccino

Staff were outstang, professional and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless and the bed comfy. There was plenty of choice at breakfast . Cant fault the hotel, we would definatly return if we return to Rome. Highly recommended

I will be honest, when we first booked this property before our Rome trip, I could not find much online about it other than it had been refurbished and appeared updated. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived from the front of the building to the room with service in between. Rest assured you are getting not only a good location, but a clean updated place to refresh after a long day in Rome. Very Nice!

We stayed at the property Oct 7-10 and found it well appointed, clean and the folks there (in particular Valeria) most pleasant and friendly. The rooms although European smaller were very clean, beds good, and breakfast good. It was about equally distant from all the Roma historical sites with the exception of the Vatican which we took a cab to. I would say it was in a good location but a bit of a walk to the cultural sites but in Roma expect to walk wherever you are. We would recommend the hotel as a nice boutique hotel.

The rooms were extremely small but clean and fine for the couple of days that we stayed. This is certainly not a luxurious hotel but a good value.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, quarto espaçoso e limpo, os funcionários são muito cordiais e prontos! O terraço para tomar um vinho à noite merece ser destacado.
