일단 제일 문제는 에어콘이다. 에어컨이 너무 약하다. 복도가 너무 어둡고 방은 작은편이다. 수영장도 기대말라 작다 레인 두개쯤에 10정도 예상함된다. 조식은 아주 잘나오는편이고 침대는 좋은편. 주변에 맥도날드와 슈퍼가있고 한10쯤 차로가면 아주좋은 몰도 있다. 주차장보안이 너무잘되어있다. 너무잘되서 나갈때도 카드키를 꽂아야된다. 리셉션언니가 영어를 끝나게 잘함 이태리사람 같지가 않다. 욕조 물빠짐이 잘안됨.

호텔 서비스, 조식, 청결도 등은 매우 좋음. 피렌체 접근성이 어려움, 차로 가까운 지하철 역 옆 주차장에 주차 후 지하철로 이동해야함. 자차 이용시에는 괜찮은 호텔

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and had a good selection of continental foods available. Parking was good with plenty of space. The rooms were ok, very disappointed with the bathroom, particularly around the shower where mould was visible inside and out. The seals around the shower doors were also damaged. There is a quick link to a bus service which is 30 mins away from the nearest metro. The spa facility was very nice, although the sanu did not appear to work.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, ich freue mich immer darauf. Sie haben mir auch einen PP mit EV Ladestation reserviert. Wir waren schon öfters da und kommen sicher wieder.

So so. Outdoor area closed..indoor popl closed..breakfast bad..very bad .. tv no international channels.. toilett seat broken.. ant and insects..kids got bit by bed bugs..

Wij kregen een upgrade kamer en deze was fantastisch

The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, but we had a couple issues that made our stay not good. On the description it says that the seasonal pool is the outdoor pool, but in reality is the indoor. Really frustrating discovering after getting there, as we chose the hotel for the pool. The other issue we had was that our room’s AC would turn off every 2 hours. We told that to the hotel’s staff several times, eapecially in the middle of night, since we would wake up with the kids sweating, and they didn’t do anythint about it. We barely slept for 3 nights.

This is not a good hotel for US tourist.Hotel is 30 min away from center of Milan so you can only access by a taxi.You can get to a metro by bus but you need to download app and buy tickets online, which front desk lady didn’t have a clue about how it looks like. One day we took taxi to Milan center (81 Euros), next day we took taxi to the Metro ( 30 Euros), then took metro to Duomo. Visually hotel appears very nice,modern but rooms are small. We had executive room double but not sure was called executive.Small window in the middle of the wall creates dark room.There is only one plug on one side of the bed, and other plug by TV to connect your phone. It is an issue when 2 people need to charge the phone for the night.No shelves in the bathroom to put even bag with cosmetics.Only one soap. Also many switches for different lights in the room and for the bathroom .They are confusing( we had to press constantly to find the right switch for right area).Confusing room key that apparently created confusion reflecting red light outside the door ( meant we didn’t want clean room) . We didn’t know so despite telling front desk, our room was not cleaned,towels not changed. Found also piece of glass in the jelly during breakfast ,biting on it but overall good breakfast. Also pool opens late, at 10 am , closes 8pm but it is nice. Beds are twin size but comfortable.TV has few English channels including CNN. I requested hotel bill when leaving and was told to access in account (?).

Lovely clean,modern hotel. Staff were really nice & helpful & friendly. The room was quite basic but AC was good. Plenty of fresh towels & free refreshments in the fridge in the room. The outdoor pool was really nice but when it rained it would have been nice to be able to use the spa pool but it was closed. The food was really good & plenty of choice @ breakfast. You do need a car if you stay there as it is quite far from the train station & Milan City. We had to use a Uber all the time which was quite expensive. We were also to believe there was entertainment in the evening but nothing when we were there recently.

Gode faciliteter. Sødt personale. Ærgerligt at massagen i poolen ikke virkede.

Tres bel hôtel a la fois pratique pour visiter Milan et le lac majeur Excellent petit déjeuner et belle piscine

Skønt hotel med dejlig bar/lounge område - hyggelig poolområde med restaurant og barservice. Gennemført indretning, lækker stemning og sødt personale. Meget lækker stor morgenbuffet. Denne gang var vi der kun en enkelt nat, man har tidligere brugt hotellet. Varm anbefaling herfra.

Fínt hótel, góðir drykkir, sundlaugin frábær en starfsfólk hrokafullt upp til hópa einn starfsmaður sem var hægt að fá hjálp frá og var kurteis.

Hotelli sijaitsee ei kovin viehättävällä teollisuusalueella, joten auto on välttämätön. Hotelli on remontin tarpeessa. Huoneessa oli paljon muurahaisia, jotka tulivat lattialistojen alta. Lukuvalo ja pistorasia olivat rikki. Hotellia mainostetaan ostoskeskuksen yhteydessä olevana täyden palvelun kylpylähotellina, mutta spa on kuitenkin suuren osan vuodesta suljettu ja lähimpään ostoskeskukseen on yli 2 km matka. Ruuhkaisella aamiaisella tarjoilijoiden palvelu ja asenne olisi voinut olla ammattimaisempi.

We stayed here for close proximity to lake Como and it was a great choice. The pool is gorgeous and we had a great swim. We stayed in a junior suite/suite with hot tub and it was a great space for two adults and a child. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are high quality. Lidl grocery store across the street. Just a great hotel overall. We visited the Alfa Romeo museum just a few minutes away which is highly recommended. You will need a car for this hotel and should not expect that it’s all that close to Milan city. We were very planful in determining location knowing this was a great option with a beautiful pool near lake Como versus staying in Como itself (which is very expensive). Do your research and you won’t be disappointed. Would happily return to this hotel any time. It is awesome

Hotel comodissimo per fare pausa su lunghi viaggi

Kätevä, uusi hotelli 30 min päässä Malpensan lentokentältä. Lähellä ruokakauppoja ja ravintoloita. Hotellistakin löytyy mukava ravintola ja baari, uima-allas sekä kuntosali ja valvottu pysäköintihalli. Aamiainenkin oli hyvin positiivinen yllätys. Ainoa harmillinen juttu on pistorasioiden puuttuminen. 2020-luvulla on puhelinta, kannettavaa, kuulokkeita ym. ladattavana ja huoneestamme ei löytynyt kuin kaksi pistorasiaa eikä niistä kumpainenkaan ollut esim. kirjoituspöydä tai sängyn vieressä. Yöpyisinkö uudelleen tässä hotellissa jos tarvin paikan lentokentän läheltä? Ehdottomasti kyllä.

Overbooked hotel, no room for me at arrival, was sent to a much worse hotel with no compensation at all. Very bad service.

Good hotel for a stopover, but not without quirks We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and the outdoor pool was great in summer. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and well-organized. However, the beds were quite hard, and the A/C wouldn’t cool below 24°C, even after trying to adjust it. Also, drinks are expensive (€6 for apple juice, plus €2 service if brought to the pool). We recommend using the paid garage, as another guest had their car broken into while parked outside. The area around the hotel lacks charm — mostly parking, a Lidl and a McDonald’s nearby. Definitely more of a stopover hotel than a destination.

Rooms were good. But bathroom is not. Not much space to keep your toiletries. Shower stall was small. The front desk said they are planning to renovate. Staff was very nice.
