We did not actually stay at the hotel, as there was nobody there to allow access. Booking in was from 2pm, but there was nobody there and upon ringing the phone number advertised on the door, it was ‘unobtainable.’ After waiting for 40 minutes - and despite the best efforts of local people trying to assist - we had to leave and seek alternative accommodation. I later discovered the hotel sent an email with instructions on how to enter, however this was sent at 2.16pm - over a quarter of an hour after the advertised booking in time. I was oblivious to this email until much later on and was not phoned as you would expect. Also, nowhere on the site does it say there would not be a receptionist or someone to welcome you. Instructions to gain entry should be received well in advance. Also, at the entrance it looks incredibly run down. I was told by the booking company that I would have to pay a penalty too - even though we could not get into the hotel because there was nobody there!!. They later apologised and said this was actually misinformation. Ultimately, I paid for accommodation I could not use, through no fault of my own. I didn’t receive any further correspondence either. If you have any sense, do not book with this company and stay well away from this hotel. It’s been the worst travelling experience in my life and ruined the one day my family and I were due to stay in Venice. There isn’t a negative word strong enough to express my disappointment and frustration.

Tutto sommato esperienza positiva, camere da ristrutturare ma in ottima posizione per girare Venezia. La gestione dovrebbe essere più presente per eventuali chiarimenti come check-in/check out e servizi inclusi nella prenotazione.

Funciona para llegar a dormir, nada espectacular .

No toilet paper and i had to buy. Tv not working and no remote and the tv is extremely old. Lampshade had no bulb as well

We liked the canal view. Staff really not available after check in but we didn't need help.

The walls and ceiling and bathroom were moldy. The hairdryer and shower head were broke. The second morning we woke, there was no electricity. We woke up with bug bites all over. I would never stay there had I known what we would be experiencing.. The lady that checked us in was very nice, but there was no one there on a regular basis.

Staff sent wrong internet code, wery noisi etc

We had a nice stay here before our cruise from Venice, but the hotel was difficult to contact with no one manning the front desk and needing a code to get in. The free dinner at their affiliated restaurant was very good.

Dirty, with mold

The checkin process allows people to pick a key off the board and go to whatever room they like. We arrived and our larger room was occupied and we could do nothing about it. It was especially awful because we reserved a room for three people and only had beds for two. There wasn’t time to switch hotels so one of us had to sleep on the floor. The operators said she would try to find us another room, but never called us back. They made no effort to help us find a solution. Would NOT recommend! It the airconditioner wouldn’t work, so the night was HOT and especially awful. The city is beautiful, I recommend coming but stay somewhere else. I requested to get money back, but no word for the host yet. I’ll update if I can.

Bugs!!! Too many mosquitoes. Do not open the windows at night. My wife revived at least 50 bites

Stayed here with my mum - Lovely Hotel, really good location, free meal every evening you stay and big portions so be sure to not eat before going! Room keeps nice and cool and friendly staff

Acomodações são péssimas, sistema de ar-condicionado central simplismente não funcionava, o Check-in é realizado por interfone, e sem algum cerimonial. Categoria Albergue !

The owner was amazing with us and the dinner was phenomenal, it is very close to the train station, Roma station and cruise terminal so it was perfect for connecting to anything by wall.

Locanda Salieri oltre ad essere ubicata in un punto strategico, coniuga praticità e cortesia ad un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera confortevole e pulita nella sua essenzialità non manca di nulla. La cena inclusa nel prezzo è di buon livello con vasta scelta. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

No hay nadie que reciba a los huéspedes solo lo hace bajo unas instrucciones que deja en un mensaje , no había agua caliente en la ducha , y la cena , había solo una persona atendiendo y haciendo todo y el local lleno , por lo que la demora era mayor al tiempo que corresponde.
