숙박전 도착 시간, 픽업서비스등에 대한 이메일 안내를 친절히 해주었습니다 모든 직원이 친절하였고 아침식사도 맛있었습니다 대부분의 관광지까지 도보로 이동 가능한 위치라 매우 만족하였습니다

직원들이 모두 너무 친절해요 !! 항상 웃는 얼굴로 인사하고 지내는 동안 편안하게 잘 있었습니다 =) 룸클린을 하루 2번 해주시는데 저는 그것도 너무 좋았어요 ! 그리고 위치가 너무 좋아요 ! 나보나광장까지 도보로 5분도 걸리지 않아요 ~ 주요관광지랑 가까워서 도보로 관광이 가능해요 ! 그런데 대부분 주요관광지에는 사람이 너무 많아서 정신이 없는데 주변에 인파도 적당하니 쾌적합니다 ~~ 마지막으로 호텔 바로 옆에 마트도 있어서 편리해요 !!

everythung was perfect. room was great and clean. location was excellent. breakfast was much better than 5 stars hotel eventhough they served only few menus. coffee and food were fresh and tasty.

The Location & Atmosphere is in a fantastic, central location, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome on foot. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and kept very clean. We also found the front desk staff to be consistently friendly and professional throughout our stay. However, there are significant downsides. The soundproofing is very poor; we heard constant noise from the road which was expected due to locations, but could easily hear guests in the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast experience was inconsistent. On "good" days, it was attentive and well-stocked, but on other days, we had to repeatedly visit the bar to ask for coffee or basic items that hadn't been replenished. For the hotel's rating, we expected a more reliable level of service. Major Service Failure: Air Conditioning Our biggest issue was a malfunctioning air conditioner. The initial response was very disappointing, we were essentially told they had "tried" to fix it and we would just have to cope. After the room became unbearable at 11pm, we had to insist on a resolution, which was finally sorted at 1am. While the issue was technically resolved by then, the damage was done. The delay caused massive disruption and resulted in an awful, sleepless night right before our long journey home. Being forced to travel for a full day while exhausted due to poor maintenance and a lack of urgency from the staff was a major letdown. This level of guest care in regards to such issues could do with improvement.

Was over priced

Room was compact. Staff lovely. Location perfect. Breakfast idea. That said if you’re going to a week or so upgrade to deluxe as there’s hardly room to open the suitcases. Also limited drawer space but ample wardrobe space. Overall a good standard for Rome and the staff make the difference.

The hotel is superbly placed to get to all the major attractions in Rome. The rooms are nicely equipped and very clean. Thanks to Martina for recommending a very nice restaurant for us.

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff was awesome in every way. The room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent, lots of choices.

O primeiro quarto que ficamos era um pouco pequeno, mas a metragem estava claramente descrita no anúncio..foi apenas uma desatenção nossa no momento da reserva. Mesmo assim, ao solicitarmos um upgrade na recepção, ele foi concedido sem nenhum acréscimo de valor, com muita gentileza. Fomos extremamente bem recebidos desde a chegada. A equipe é muito atenciosa, o hotel é aconchegante, acolhedor e transmite uma sensação muito agradável. Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva e confortável durante toda a estadia! Com ctz vale a pena se hospedar nele. Localização ótima tbm!!

Quaint from the outside with modern touch in the inside. We stayed at their family suite. We love this hotel and will definitely stay here again, when in Rome.

First room wasnt great but then they accommodated us and the second room was really nice. Some rooms have better natural lighting. Service and location is great. There is access to a spa but it is a bit of a walk.

Very happy with our stay. Our family suite was spacious and beds were comfortable. Perfect location for sightseeing and dining. Basic but tasty breakfast. Especially the coffee was outstanding.

En stor og gledelig overraskelse. Topp hotell. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Og bedre beliggenhet får du ikke i Roma.

Allting var mycket bra, mycket bra ventilation, högt i tak och rymligt, saknade överhuvudtaget inget, mycket rent, frukosten var helt ok,

The junior suite was very large and comfortable. The floors were not carpeted, which is what I prefer. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There was a sofa and two windows, which was great. The bathroom was large and clean. No bathtub. The only recommendation I would make to the hotel would be to improve the breakfast experience. It was very small and not very appetizing.

Rooms are larger than most European hotels. Good location Friendly staff and very helpful Breakfast was included in our booking, it was OK Great Coffee. We had a large shower but no view from our room. Looked out to a.wall
