Very old hotel, maximum 2 stars, it feels like Mercure management forgot about this hotel, it is falling apart and very dirty. Neighbourhood is very bad, dirty, dark and dangerous. Pool is dirty and not heated. Spa costs 25 euro for 90 minutes and it is not worth it. Breakfast is very poor, very few things to choose from and after just 2 days it is very boring.

We arrived at 2 pm as per check in time and were told in an abrupt tone that the room would be available after 3 pm. The receptionist was rude and was reluctant to help us with information regarding dining options. Once we had the room, our request for an ironing board was completely ignored. This hotel is a total catfish, please avoid! Everyone who works there looks very downcast and subdued, we were so relieved tonleave after our 1 night stay.The spa is only open 2 hours a day and the gym has very limited equipment.

Dejligt hotel ikke langt fra centrum og med fine indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. Morgenmaden synes vi ikke var fantastisk, men ok til de €10 den kostede udover prisen for værelset. Dejlig pool og venligt og imødekommende personale

Leider kontaminiert mit Bettwanzen. Sehr viele Bettwanze. Ich musste das Hotel wechseln, da kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar war. Taxi und neues Hotelzimmer müsste ich selber zahlen. Erstattung, nach vielen Emails nur die Grundgebühr. HOTELS. COM Kommission wollten sie mir nicht erstatten obwohl Hotels.com damit nichts zu tun hat. Absolut nicht lösungsorientiert. Hotel ist in keinem guten Zustand.

The hotel pool is great and the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was nice too. The extra charge for the spa and limited opening hours meant that we didn’t make use of it. The shower water pressure was very low. All in all a good value hotel in central location.

Pool was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was fine but the eggs were consistently overcooked. Room was below average from a maintenance perspective. We didn’t have water on the last two days. Couldn’t wash or shower.

Travelling with a sick child meant we were unsure if we were going to make it to the accomodation on time or even what time. Phoned up to see if we could change the check in time and book an addition date, the lady was unhelpful, rude, and demanded to know if we would be ‘no shows’ as she would give our room away, despite paying for it - we did not know at the time (this was 2 days prior) if we could make it and what time as it depended on our baby and travel. The pool hours are ridiculous - it shuts at 6:30pm. The ‘indoor’ pool is part of a ‘spa’ and costs $25 euro for 1 hour. No room amenities, like coffee or tea, or irons. Had to ask at the front reception and was told it would be delivered to our room - it never showed. Had to ask again and it came 6 hours later. The rooms are nice enough. Wouldn’t stay here again, though. .

Die Anlage ist im Allgemeinen (Lobby, Poolbereich, Gebäude etc.) schön gemacht und gut gepflegt. Auch die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich großzügig und schön eingerichtet, allerdings gab es hier ein paar kleinere Mängel (Armlehne angeknackst, leicht herunterhängende Lampe, nicht ganz dichte Dusche, …). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die Lage lässt sich die Innenstadt von Olbia mit vielen Restaurants usw. gut fußläufig erreichen – die direkte Umgebung ist dabei allerdings wenig ansprechend. Der Wellnessbereich ist leider nur mit vorheriger Buchung und gegen Zuzahlung nutzbar, aber sehr gut und vielseitig. Alles in allem aus meiner Sicht dennoch empfehlenswert.

Der Service des Hotels war fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber, allerdings auch sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Die Innenstadt mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Lovely big rooms

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel great pleasant staff. Only issue I paid for a double bed and single bed but when arrived there was only a double and only option was to split the bed into two singles. Wasn't entirely happy as I paid for another option but they dealt with the issue very swiftly.

Easy to check out and use the facilities until it’s time to leave to the airport

Für 1 Nacht ok, längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht da verbringen wollen.

Perfection at its best. This place is clean, friendly and very accessible. It’s well balanced with class and relaxation. I would return 1000 times
