Dit is een soort van hotel boven een hostel. Veel kabaal in de avond. Inchecken via hostel. Lift stopt niet op de plek van hostel naar hotel. Verder super locatie midden in het centrum.

Siisteys oli kunnossa, henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja hotellin sijainti on oikein hyvä. 6. kerroksen kattoterassi on ihan kiva, mutta ainakaan maaliskuun alussa siellä ei ollut palveluja. Lähellä on kolme metroasemaa, kaksi ruokakauppaa, ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Lähellä on myös satama, josta lähtee lauttoja mm. Caprille sekä Amalfin rannikolle ja sieltä löytyy myös Alibussin (lentokenttäbussi) kaksi pysäkkiä. Huone oli meille muutoin riittävä, mutta äänieristystä ei käytännössä ole minkäänlaista toisin kuin huonetiedoissa lukee. Ensimmäisenä yönä huoneemme oli hostellin baarin 3. kerroksen kattoterassin puolella ja heräsimme mekastukseen terassilla olleiden juhlien takia. Saimme kuitenkin vaihdettua huoneemme toiselle puolelle rakennusta, jolloin huoneeseen kantautui liikenteen ääniä, jotka eivät meitä kuitenkaan juurikaan häirinneet. Molempiin huoneisiin myös kuului käytävästä kaikki äänet.

Posizione eccellente, stanza molto pulita anche se non troppo silenziosa. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Servizio bar non male è bellissima terrazza sul tetto.

Good location with hotel rooms on top and hostel on ground floor. Very helpful staff and drinks was cheap. Overall it’s lovely big rooms and comfortable. Deserves a 4 star even with the part hostel accommodation.

Breakfast was surprisingly a feast for someone like me who eats sparingly in the morning. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is literally runs true with the saying "Do not judge the book by its cover".

Attenzione! La struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato non è un hotel, come ci si aspettava, ma l'estensione di un ostello. Si trova al quinto piano di una sorta di condominio dall'ingresso fatiscente. Nessun presidio se non due piani sotto. Si accede al piano con un codice ma quasi sempre la porta risultava aperta con evidenti problemi di sicurezza. Frigorifero non funzionante. Scarico del wc con cordicella di ferro senza pomello. Dotazione del bagno solo sapone e shampoo. Per finire, ci sono stati incredibilmente chiesti 5 euro per la custodia dei bagagli di un paio di ore (mai successo in nessun hotel al mondo). Non abbiamo accettato. Molto deludente.

Piano hotel pulitissimo con camera grande, il resto...è un ostello . Personale insufficiente per la gestione, più volte una persona faceva reception e bar, ho chiesto un intervento in camera ma non c'era nessuno disponibile perché doveva servire al bar. Il buffet della colazione non veniva riempito rapidamente,si doveva chiedere sempre. Peccato perché in posizione vicino al centro e alla metro.

The staff were very friendly but it is NOT a hotel, the rooms sit above a hostel and it’s quite loud a night in to the early hours. The room was fine but shower did flood the bathroom after minimal use, overall would not stay again.

We were at first surprised the hotel was a floor of the hostel but quickly loves the whole package. Breakfast was great and the lounge and outdoor bar were lively and fun. Walk to the Spanish quarter and down to the port for ferries. Our room was great, very large and clean and the bathroom modern with great water pressure.

We spent 31/2 wks in Italy celebrating our 50th anniversary. Before I retired, we always vacationed in 5 star hotels, “paid” for with “points” from business travel. However, a car trip thru Europe, over 50 years ago, in which we stayed in 3 star hotels and hostels was our most memorable vacation. Although we had become accustomed to 5 star hotels, a week at a 5 star hotel cost more than spending 25 days driving thru Italy, staying at 10 different 3 star hotels, We chose the latter. It was a great decision. All ten hotels were more than satisfactory; and NeapolitanTrips is our favourite. Ironically, we had almost cancelled our reservation, after reading some of the reviews, which I suspect were all written by the same person(s); and were thoroughly disingenuous. Facts: The front desk is on fire 3rd floor, where check-in for both the hotel and a hostel is located. All of the hotel rooms are on the 5th floor and all of the hostel’s rooms are on the 1st and/or 2nd floor. There are 2 working elevators; hotel rooms are virtually soundproof; and everything is exactly as advertised. Bar and dining are on the 3rd floor and; guests of the hostel, who were young, very friendly and polite, made up the majority of the bar’s customers. We enjoyed watching young people having fun; but anyone who wants to avoid them can do so by staying out of the bar. NeopolitanTrip’s staff; and especially the folks at the front desk were extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable and congenial.

Good: 5th floor room was very nice; staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful; felt very safe and comfortable in the room; police station is across the street; no noise issues from the hostel. Bad: outside of building looks pretty bad. The entrance to the hotel is locked and has a sign telling you to go next door (to the hostel) to check in. Marketing of this property is a little questionable - they should be up front that it is a hotel connected to a hostel. We had no issues with the hostel, but had no idea about it until we checked in. You actually check in at the hostel reception desk. They check you in and send you to the 5th floor where the private rooms are located (much nicer up on 5th floor). It’s good to be close to the police station, but that also means you hear sirens at all hours.

Fue un poco caotico llegar y encontrar la recepcion que se comparte con un hostel, y justo estaba repleto de gente y mudicaya todo volumen. Una vez en el cuarto todo mejoró. Pero el volumen de misica y gritos quizas es alto.

Great location,will stay again,liked the connection with the hostel and bar etc.

Room really nice and the hotel part. Only downside is that it is part of a hostel and an old building.

Struttura adatta per chi non soggiorna per viaggio di lavoro. Musica altissima fino le 2 di notte.
