Wir sind schon mehrfach im Ruzzini Palace gewesen und würden es immer wieder wählen. Ein stilvolles Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, schön gelegen, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautiful property, I have 4 stars because the ground floor room is extremely noisy and that perfume smell that’s so strong in the lobby is terrible. It gets on your cloths and make you nauseous Stuff are excellent and the communication is excellent

A very quiet, clean, safe hotel. The staff were amazing! Very attentive and helpful. Reno (spelling) the gentleman working in the bar and surrounding areas gives exceptional service! The location was close to main attractions, the room was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend staying here!

Property was nice and clean although for paying a large amount of money compared to others it was disappointing for some things. Our queen bed was 2 twins pushed together with a large lip in between. Could not lay anywhere near the middle without the edge pushing into your back. Basically had to sleep on 2 individual beds while sharing one blanket. Also did not have any “do not disturb” signs if we did not want our room cleaned. They cleaned our room at 240pm which is when we got back to our room to change before a booked activity. We were told we had to wait outside until they were done. Would not have been an issue normally but we then missed our activity departure because of this wait. Staff were nice and breakfast was good although an extra 20 euros each on top of the stay. Just a few below average points I did not expect for this hotel. For 20 euros each you can get a better breakfast roaming the streets of Venice!

Fint hotell ett stenkast från alla sevärdheter, några minuters gång till allt! Vi sovde en natt med vy mot kanalen, otroligt vackert och värt varenda krona! Otroligt bra aircondition men blev sjukt kallt så det var enda vi tyckte va mindre bra, försökte ställa upp värmen men det gick inte så det blev härligt 18 grader hela natten 😅

We stayed here for our 25 th anniversary. Decided to stay in Venice for another night unfortunately they were booked. The manager was so helpful and immediately reserved a room for us nearby! Just amazing . Absolutely beautiful room in gorgeous hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay in Venice and all your help. Pam Cornacchia

We had a fabulous stay at the Ruzzini Hotel…. It was well situated in the area. We really enjoyed spending time at the cafes in the square that it was located. The hotel rooms were nice, clean, and had comfortable beds.
